Steinhafels Furniture

I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Steinhafels. As far as the quality of the furniture is concerned I have no complaint. It's their honesty and integrity that I find lacking. I purchased a sectional sofa from them 5 years ago and was sold their Guardsman protection plan with the promise from my salesman that if I had no claims I would receive a full refund of my money. What he didn't tell me is that the "refund" would be in the form of Steinhafels cash to be used ONLY on a furniture purchase (no accessories or rugs) and that it would expire in 3 months from the time of issue. I have contacted customer "service" and was told it was always stated that the "refund" would be in a store credit. I have all my paperwork from my purchase and no where is that stated. I was lied to by my salesman. That's the bottom line. I will never purchase anything from them again.
