Im sort of happyThe parts finally fit, ut the instruction are terribleMy wife and hand I just moved them around and found what fits with what I am concerned that there is so much metal on these parts that it will scratch into the plastic coating on the basket and cause it to rustI hope they will stand by the parts and replace them for free when they fail

Checking on your order I do see the part was a special order part which usually takes business days for us to get the part from the manufacturer. This information is right above the price button but I can see that misunderstanding of this especially when

I am thankful that Parts Select is planning to credit my credit card. I am disappointed and frustrated that it took Parts Select this long. It has been one month since my original order. Thank you. Originally when I filed this complaint on May 10th, PartSelect.com had refused any form of refund for the returned part. The very next day received an email from them saying (they changed their mind) would be issuing a refund of $[redacted]. That is all I wanted. Refunding the shipping is a very nice gesture.
