I have just graduated from IIN and couldn't be more happyI have learned how to think for myself, and how to help others think for themselves by asking them questions that allow them to come up the answer that fits their personality and their own unique lifestyle I have learned that there is more to health than science, there is thought, emotion, and life behind healthKnowing the science is helpful to credit yourself, or for the people who are interested in the numbers and nitty gritty behind what they're eatingBut that is all stuff people can find on the internetIIN has taught me how to make people feel loved, and when they feel loved they love to love themselves, and when they love themselves they feel good, and when they feel good they make better decisions to a happier life, relationships and careers My life has changed because of IIN Thank you so uch

I started an online course with the IIN in September of 2015, honestly, NOW I know, that this course is a scam, for $6,at the end, of this course, you will get a "Health Coach" diploma and that's it, a piece of paper that it won't be good to work at any health field, NOW I learned that you might need way more training and hours to get a legit Health Coach certification but of course, I did not want to lose the money I've paid at the time so I withdraw on February of 2016, and I started a payment scheme for the amount of $dollars on a monthly basis, with the chance of re-enroll within a year, so when I called them to explore my options, at this point I did not want to re-enroll or lose money I was told that I needed to pay in full the amount of $1,whether I re-enroll or not So, basically, I will be charged for something useless and that I will not have any benefit out of it

its both a billing and claims issue I was excited to start this Health Coach program On the phone I was told that there were nutrition classes and science based classes for along with this program As I was watching the programs orientation all it ever talked about was "diet theory" I got an email saying my balance of was due I was quoted total and was told I could put $down and wait to decide how to pay the balance I was wrongly quoted and mislead by this program and want my money back

I enrolled at integrative nutrition for a nutrition programI began going through the program and due to changes in my employment (moved from part time to full time), I had dropped behind in course worki paid for an extension of my program, and was assured by tech support that I could continue in the programI restarted the course work and decided at that time to drop the courseThe school had my old email address (which sends an automated reply to all emails stating my current email address) that I no longer access, and apparently they told me through that email that if I didn't re-enroll and start a program by February of that I would not be permitted to re-enroll I made consistent on time payments of $149/mo from January to present (about $5-$6k total, it's hard to tell because I cannot access that portion of their website anymore) They also had a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I certainly am not satisfiedI have paid already a considerable amount and currentl

I have been making payments to the school and the credit bureau has no record of me making any paymentsI'm not sure if my payments are actually being applied to my education, and I'm not sure if the school is accredited or notI have been having trouble financially and asked to be able to make smaller payments and I was denied any attempt to make smaller paymentsI also have clients and if I'm not actually accredited for completion of nutrition it could lead to more serious situations towards meI don't want to be misrepresenting myself to clients because my certificate is null and void

I have been attempting to contact IIN for monthsI was shocked to receive a collections letters from AmerAssistI contacted IIN immediately but email and phone calls are not returnedI did speak with Kara on February **, and asked why my account went to collectionsShe informed me that IIN sent emails daily about the past due amountI never received those because IIN was not using my correct email that was updated in my student portalI made a payment of $to stop the collection activity but she said that she would have to wait for the financial department to clear the COLLECTIONS activityShe would call be back in the next couple daysI never heard from herI needed her to call back so she could process my withdrawal from the current courseAfter speaking to Kara, I also sent an email to the financial department on February **, with the same inquiryThere has never been a response to my email request
I have attempted to contact IIN by phone and no longer g

I was mislead that I would complete this program and be a certified nutrition and health coach The program was not as described I was told after I enrolled and could no longer get a refund, that students were not qualified to give any nutrition or health advice and that in order to be a certified health coach, that can't give nutrition or health advice, we'd have to fork out several hundred more dollars There was no interaction with the staff unless we called tech support No group discussion or facebook groups that were moderated by instructors or staff I tried tagging staff members in a facebook group once to tell them about a technical issue, in addition to sending an admin a private email, and no one replied to me, even though the issue affected 26,students We had no one to check in with until we were assigned a very busy, overworked and underpaid guest adviser for six 90-minute phone calls with too many people on the call to allow everyone to participate Technic

If you cannot pay cash for this course with Institute Integrative Nutrition get your own financing or you will pay at least double the price with no way out or explanations as why it is costing much more than you agreed to You are not explained anything about the financing cost You may think the course is financing and as you go on for three years trying to pay it off it gets worse and more is added on I called every six months and was given my balance and assumed I would be paid off I figured according to what I owed in January I woud be paid off this January only to find out another $1000, plus was added on Never ends We are entering Grand Solar Minimum where you will need to grow food and feed your family, Take this money you will spend on the course and waste on interest and use it more wisely

I signed up at the end of April for the class starting in July, I put down $as a down payment to secure my spotThe payment came out on April *** and I called to withdraw from the school on May ***I told the woman, Rose that I had since lost my job and cannot afford the school any longerShe told me I missed the day withdraw deadlineI explained I was told several times by several people I had days to withdraw with a full refundI further explained I was told there is a 100% money back guarantee for days if I did not like the school after beginning classesI advised I had not even started classes yet as I was not starting until JulyRose then told me she would have to read through the notes to see if there was an exception as there is no day money back guaranteeThat I would owe $in order to withdraw from the programTo which she could not explain what that number was forShe then emailed me minutes later saying she looked into it and I would owe the m

The customer service is great and the sales staff are all friendly and knowledgeable which is why I felt comfortable when discussing my options with an enrollment adviserIIN spends a great deal of money on marketing and celebrity endorsements; again another reason I enrolled at IINI enrolled during their Memorial Day promotion and when speaking with the enrollment adviser I was told I had to sign that same day to get the promotional rate, I did and regret itWith the student agreement, I was instructed to sign the agreement and that I could review it laterOnce I reviewed the cancellation clause, I found you still must pay for a portion of the programI cancelled the program after being enrolled for months and I still must pay nearly $2kWhich does not make sense because if you drop your classes with a traditional college or university, you do not owe them anything – you just drop I reviewed the curriculum prior to starting and was excitedOnce I actually began the program, I noticed the lessons were very basicJoshua taught things like; what health books to read how to use a juicer (really? I am paying $5k to learn how to use a juicer!)I felt like the information provided could have all been accessed via internet research or ***You need no certificate to be a health coachHence, this program is a waste of money
IIN has been flooding the marketplace with graduates who market themselves as "board-certified health counselors." Their training is not based on scientific nutrition as emphasized in the degree programs accredited by the *** ** *** *** *** ***That generally takes 4-years and includes basic sciences, dietetics, and closely supervised work with many clientsIIN provides almost none of thisIt teaches—in effect—to use your own experience to inspire others
I was warned by my attorney this school may be a scam and not enrollI did not listen and now I am learning the hard wayI also considered taking legal action but I figured I would pay more than $2k in legal fees and that I might as well pay what the school is charging meThis is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made and now I am paying for it; literally

I began this school because I am ill and wanted to learn as much as possible to become as healthy as possibleI informed the school that I had VA benefits and that I had applied to see if those would pay for the schoolI was deniedI informed the school I was denied and that I was going to try to refi my house to be able to get enough to pay for the schoolThe closing was supposed to take place in August *; however, the bank was corruptI had to restart the refi process over again and this time my bank would not allow me to take as much money out and so I did not get enough-BUT before this happened the school cut me offThey allowed me to continue for months which I paid payments of Then they cut me off and are trying to make me pay for the entire yearThe also sent a debt collector to try and collect this money and showing emails that were never sent to me to "prove" that I knew that this money was due

Thank you so uch

I enrolled at the Integrative Nutrition institute and I had a very good experience during the initial process, I had numerous questions in regards to the program, the health coach certification and the cost of the program, all were answered quickly and in detail, I was sold on the program
I was led to believe my tuition was $( off due to a discount that was offered upon joining and using a referral from a former student)
The tuition was actually $( I should’ve known at this point that things would go downhill ) but I continued on thinking that I invested myself in this and had already taken some time off work to begin the program and have a good start
The second month my tuition was charged, the $ fee was attempted to be taken out twice and because I only deposited the $in that account, the second one bounced causing bank fees, the proble,s kept going from there
I had multiple issues accessing the learning website from my home & work computer as wel

I was referred to this school by a friend and was super excited in the beginning (before it started actually) Like another reviewer stated, this course is nothing but "fluff" in my opinion and EVERYTHING they discuss in casual videos is nothing but generic information that you already know going into the course, the notes they give you are also a joke, no information.....no meat and potatoes to this course what-so-ever!!! I was looking for actual information, like I would get from an accredited school/college, but the modules are so basic and generic you breeze through them in less than a day Each module comes out on Monday giving you the impression that you'll need all week to work on them; I completed the (out of so far) modules on Sunday evenings in less than 2-hours Module was a COMPLETE joke, they share recipes and show you how to cook vegetables - really!?!? Anyone can get any kind of recipe or video online and THIS is what I'm paying grand for?! I'm super pissed at this point as I've reached out to the school and STILL no-one has responded to me, they are super quick to take your money, but go MIA when there is an issue Joshua and all the folks in the videos and the folks that I've dealt with seem really nice and personable, and that's great However, this "course" is a complete joke and WASTE OF MONEY!!! I'm super disappointed and am still waiting to see what, if any, refund I get since I paid in full.....ugggg!

I signed up for IIN on Sept * 2017, while enrolling I was told we had one week to withdraw from the program with only a small registration fee of $The weekend before the course start I had extensive vehicle issues that needed to be addressed immediately and knew I could not afford the course at this timeThere was no information that I could find regarding how to withdraw from the program on their website, I attempted to call and email with no response except an automated email telling me everything I needed to know could be found in their FAQ area of their websiteI tried multiple times to reach someone on Monday Sep ** with no answer until I selected the option that I was a prospective studentAfter finally reaching someone Monday morning around 9am, more than hours before their first module opened, I was told my account would be put on holdA few days later I was contacted by a representative who informed me that I would be charged almost $for course access

I contacted this business in September to obtain information about their health coach program I was transferred to an admissions counselor During that discussion explained to the admissions counselor most emphatically that as a writer I had deadlines due at the end of the year that would make it impossible for me to enroll in the program until the following year (2018) I was then told by counselor to that to take advantage of the discounted rate that I had to pre enroll which meant I had to set up an autopay for payments to be deducted and could then start the class in January which I naively fell for hook line and sinkerSince that time I have further strains on my time and income that involves providing care for my year old mother that will necessitate me to cancel out of the program which I promptly informed IIN ofI'm now being told by a reporter there named Tessa that not only will I forfeit the payments I've made thus far but per the contract owe them extra nin

First off, the enrollment agreement "Button" that you need to push on your computer to join is ridiculous and unprofessionalSecondly, the description for how to cancel is not specified anywhere, leaving one to call in and make the requestFrom the beginning, the rep does not even specify the amount to be paid IF one is to cancel for whatever reason just providing a vague description of what is to be owed such as "it is calculated based on how long you are enrolled"This company obviously needs to hone its training on reps as well on the proper procedureI called in fairly early to cancel my membership for personal reasons and was told it would be taken care of and I would be credited X amountHowever, it turns out that I was still being billed! Calling back with frustration, confusion, and angst, I addressed the situation and asked for clarityThe supervisor was willing to look into the issue furtherAt one point she agreed to issue the refund I was dueBut later, she suppos
