I enrolled at the Integrative Nutrition institute and I had a very good experience during the initial process, I had numerous questions in regards to the program, the health coach certification and the cost of the program, all were answered quickly and in detail, I was sold on the program

I'm super pissed at this point as I've reached out to the school and STILL no-one has responded to me, they are super quick to take your money, but go MIA when there is an issue Joshua and all the folks in the videos and the folks that I've dealt with seem really nice and personable, and that's great However, this "course" is a complete joke and WASTE OF MONEY!!! I'm super disappointed and am still waiting to see what, if any, refund I get since I paid in full.....ugggg!

First off, the enrollment agreement "Button" that you need to push on your computer to join is ridiculous and unprofessionalSecondly, the description for how to cancel is not specified anywhere, leaving one to call in and make the requestFrom the beginning, the rep does not even specify the amount to be paid IF one is to cancel for whatever reason just providing a vague description of what is to be owed such as "it is calculated based on how long you are enrolled"This company obviously needs to hone its training on reps as well on the proper procedureI called in fairly early to cancel my membership for personal reasons and was told it would be taken care of and I would be credited X amountHowever, it turns out that I was still being billed!
