I got an email saying my balance of was due I was quoted total and was told I could put $down and wait to decide how to pay the balance I was wrongly quoted and mislead by this program and want my money back
Basically it is an issue of "bait and switch"Juliette, the CSR got me excited (I already was interested in the programme), and I sent my money to her BEFORE they sent out the cancelation clauseI can show you exactly the emailsI did tell Juliet at the beginning that I might having to change dates or cancel altogettherand as cheerful and helpful that she is, she only suggested two daatesthe one where I was already signed up for (which started - I think, Jan ** 2016) and the next one, March **, which I have asked to rejoin due to my healthBut she pressured me into the Jan *** class, saying I would be about to catch up on all the fundamentals and the days of module number I found that between my doctor's appt I could notSO, I requested, that I change to the next classthen my first payment bouncedI'm in Canadda, I'm on disability (OSDP), probably for lifeI can barely afford the minimum tuition fee of $by the CSR, Juliet, should know about the
I have been making payments to the school and the credit bureau has no record of me making any paymentsI'm not sure if my payments are actually being applied to my education, and I'm not sure if the school is accredited or notI have been having trouble financially and asked to be able to make smaller payments and I was denied any attempt to make smaller paymentsI also have clients and if I'm not actually accredited for completion of nutrition it could lead to more serious situations towards meI don't want to be misrepresenting myself to clients because my certificate is null and void
I started an online course with the IIN in September of 2015, honestly, NOW I know, that this course is a scam, for $6,at the end, of this course, you will get a "Health Coach" diploma and that's it, a piece of paper that it won't be good to work at any health field, NOW I learned that you might need way more training and hours to get a legit Health Coach certification
but of course, I did not want to lose the money I've paid at the time
so I withdraw on February of 2016, and I started a payment scheme for the amount of $dollars on a monthly basis, with the chance of re-enroll within a year, so when I called them to explore my options, at this point I did not want to re-enroll or lose money
I was told that I needed to pay in full the amount of $1,whether I re-enroll or not
So, basically, I will be charged for something useless and that I will not have any benefit out of it
The emails from this company do not have a removal/unsubscribe linkI have emailed this company times asking to be removed from their list, but they are still emailing me
When I signed up I was told we would have access to all materials to go back to referenceWhen I tried to load the videos to save it wouldn't and was then told that I wasn't able to even though past students have been able to and I was told I couldThey have also put interest on my account after saying it was an interest free payment plan The quality of the school was not what they advertised at all
I have been trying to withdraw from the program for the past several weeksThey originally told me that since I was withdrawing early, I was still contractually obligated to pay some of the tuition ($1200) and that the amount would continue to accrue weekly until I dropped the courseI informed them that I wanted to drop effective immediatelyDuring this process, they kept apologizing for delays in communication (they were busy)I can't help but feel that they are currently stringing me along in an effort to have me owe them more money
