This BMW xwas delivered to Ashant Garrison in July of 2015.July [redacted] Rockland Nissan sent the vehicle to Orange County BMW to resolve the customers concerns.BMW repaired the rear cargo hatch issue as well as the front charging sockets.The complaint regarding the BT and Nav.,this model is not equip.per the BMW dealer.We also were not aware of the customer concerns after July.The customer can contact Rockland Nissan Service department and speak to our service advisors to discuss and set appointment to diagnosis any problems regarding the vehicle

07-**-Rockland Nissan sent the BMW to Orange County BMW for a diagnosis and repair.They found the navigation and Radio are operating as designed.Therefore no repairs to the Navigation/Radio were needed

How are you? This is a little bit of a long story but, I'll try to make short and sweet*** *** came in to look at the carHe inspected itWe made a dealHe came back to take delivery of the car and started screaming that we replaced the tires with extremely bad tiresHe told me he knows
everything there is to know about tires and we switched them etc, etc, etcWe cancelled his dealIn the process he threw the only set of keys to the car over our fence and into the woods (which are not accessible)He came back the next day with the police department to pick up his plates and licenseHe cursed at everyone here and made a huge seen. That's the short versionI have no idea what he is looking for at this pointI tried to put the deal back together and offered to replace the tires with brand new onesHe told me I don't know S&%$ followed by some pretty name calling Let me know if you need anything else Thanks, Nicole

The navigation system never workedI called and left a voicemail message and email the same day that I got home telling them that the radio still didn't workno one ever returned my call I even sent out a mass email to everyone in the office who email I could find and I still didn't get a response back I can provide the emails that I sent showing the date that I sent the email so if they show you their records of the day that I pick the car up I can show you the email message that was sent out to them in the day and time that it was sentThese guys are liars but I have my phone records showing that I called and left messages.

partially satisfactory to me and the full matter has not been resolved. No, the matter has not been resolved because as of the date posted from the business, I had sent them three copies of the PAID invoice. I drove out to their dealership to hand deliver the invoice that reflected my payment. These people have since told me they have no obligation to pay me even after they original promised in an email to reimburse me. and the most important part of my original complaint has been overlooked. I was over charged for a vehicle that was listed as $17,700. The price on the contract shows $24,000+ dollars.

Rockland Nissan gave us one application to fill out for the one leasing company. I requested a copy and they said it'll all be given to me when they call us in Monday. That never happened. No copies were given when requested.  I do in fact have proof that my insurance company was called by the...

dealership and my old car was removed and the new car was added for insurance under a new lease car, VIN number and all. This is being offered to support the deal on leasing this car, not buying.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The response from the business is not sufficient-a separate transaction has NOTHING to do with my complaint Dated 3/**/16. On 3/**/16, I went looking at leasing a car and agreed to have my credit run for Rockland Nissan's finance company, ONE credit report, one inquiry not the 7-9 additional requests made with other banks and lenders  this was not authorized and I only discovered how many were requested when the letters came in the mail. Totally unacceptable. I did not agree to this  if it would've been explained to me I would've Made my decision right then and there.   this was done without my permission and I want it to be noted with all credit report agencies  This company is failing to see the problem here and this is making me nervous for future customers
