Per our merchant processing agreement we require a merchant to notify us of terminationIPS would like to settle for half of the amount she is asking forOur decision is based on not receiving a termination request and our policy of refund days of fundsOur Processing agreement states merchants have days to report any billing they feel is not correct

Mr***Section 13E of the merchant processing agreement details terms of termination of the merchant processing agreementAlthough I don't see any amendment to this agreement stipulating the removal of the early termination fee I will, in good faith, approve a full refund
