Review: My problem involves never receiving a preordered item. I ordered two 6 month dresses from Stitched and Smocked on December 30, 2013 and paid for the item on the next day through paypal. The item was going to be shipped at the beginning of March. I have never received the item. I have sent the company two emails with no response. I have also contacted them on Facebook, which is the way that I would see the items to purchase, and have not received a response. There also is no activity on their facebook since January (however I never went on their facebook page until now to search for my item). I also called the phone number listed with the business and received no response. I tried solving the problem through Paypal but because it was after 45 days of purchase/payment they can't get invovled.Desired Settlement: I would like the items shipped ASAP or a refund!

Review: I PLACED A ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS MY MOTHER AND SISTER. NONE OF US HAVE RECEIVED OUR ITEMS. I HAVE WRITTEN, CALLED, AND EMAILED. Review: I pre-ordered some Thanksgiving smocked bishops back in july. I made final payment in October. Sent email after payment asking when dresses would be sent out in 1-2wks. Got a email saying it shipped Oct.25.We are now 11/13 /13 and my girls dresses have still yet to arrived. I have sent many emails to contact them & ask for my dresses or my $60 back. They wrote me NOV.7th saying if they couldnt find it they would refund me asap& would get w/ my next day.I have not heard from anyone since. I have emailed, posted on blog, sent msg to both page admins, & pvt msg on fb several times w/ no response, opened a dispute in paypal.As well as posted on there fb page & they obiously are getting my posts bc, they keep deleting my messages as well as other customers. Very upset & disappionted $60 is alot to just disappear!!!! I also contacted my local post office. They asked for a tracking #. Said all packages these days have to have that. I never recieved a tracking number.They have no packages for me at postal office.All I want is my money back to take my business elsewhere!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like my refund from 2 turkey bishops of $30 from July the 1st installment payment & 2nd payment from October of $30. Totaling $60

Review: This company has a Facebook account and posts sales, to which you comment sold, your email address, size, etc. They bill you through paypal and the item ships to your address. In this case, this was a pre-order and flex pay. I was invoiced(#1017548) on 10-16-13 for $15.50 and paid through paypal, then invoiced (#1138158) for the second half on 11-22-13 and paid through paypal. Paypal only guarantees your money for 45 days and this being a preorder, I did not try to file a claim until I realized I was being ignored and scammed and still have not received a response to emails, messages. I have sent more than 6 emails and messaged multiple times, with no response and I just want my money back. The item was a dress for my daughter to wear Valentines, so now it is too late. I have also seen multiple complaints on their facebook page from other customers (over 50) that were scammed just like me. This is unacceptable, we ahould recieve a refund and this scamming should be stopped immediately. Total owed to me is $31.00 USD. I have proof of my payment with Paypal.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $31.00 USD credited to my paypal account or check via mail.

Review: I ordered a outfit 3 months ago and paid. I still have no received the item. The company will not answer calls, emails or facebook messages. I would like to be refunded because the outfit will now not fit. After looking on Stitched & Smocked facebook page I see many people are having the same problem. This is wrong, they are taking peoples money and not giving them the item that they purchased.Desired Settlement: The item will not fit anymore. I would like to be refunded & will NEVER do business with Stitched & Smocked again!

Review: I ordered two outfits on 12/30/2013 that were both suppose to be delivered between feb and march. I have not recieved either of them yet, I have tried to call and contact the business with no response. I want to know that status of my shipment and possibly a return since she will have outgrown these more than likely by the time I get them.... Review: I ordered $121.00 worth of children's clothing in January of 2014 and I haven't received any of the order or a refund after inquiring about the order, then asking for a refund. Review: I had two pre-order items that were purchased in November 27, 2013 (Order #[redacted]), and another on December 30, 2013 (Order #[redacted]). I emailed Stitched and Smocked on February 16 and was told on February 17 via email that the Bunny Applique Shirt (from order [redacted]) would ship that week, and that the other preorder items (Boys Red Crab Short Set from Order #[redacted] and Girls Smocked Turquoise Crab Bubble from Order #[redacted])would ship in March. It is now March 13 and I have still not received the shirt, nor response to two additional emails sent March 9 and March 11 about the location of that order, nor delivery status of the Crab outfits due this month. Specifically I had preordered:1. Order [redacted] (November preorder) was for:1x Boys Chevron Bunny Applique Shirt PREORDER - size 6 for $16.00 1x Boys Red Crab Short Set (preorder) - size 6 for $26.00 2. Order [redacted] (December preorder) was for:1x Girls Smocked turquoise crab Bubble {preorder} - 3m for 27.90Desired Settlement: Due to lack of reliability and delivery of pre-purchased items so far, I am requesting a FULL refund for ALL items not received yet. The total of these items totals $69.90

Review: I ordered from stitched and smocked in December 2013. I placed an order for a Mardi Gras dress as well as a crab bubble. Around February 2014, I emailed the company asking when I was going to receive the Mardi gras dress since it was approaching. I got a response saying that I should have already received the dress and the crab bubble was to be mailed in April. I quickly responded back several times by email and Facebook message about the products I ordered from them and NEVER got a response back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the 2 clothing items I ordered from them since they are absolutely no use to me now.

Review: Placed an order for children's clothing in October, items to be shipped in January. Still do not have items and unable to get anyone from Stitched and Smocked to respond to emails requesting a refund. According to their Facebook page, where they do their sales, I am not the only one left out to dry. Many of us have paid for items we have never received. According to one Facebook user, their physical shop has been cleaned out.Desired Settlement: $28.00, amount paid for the clothing.

Review: I ordered 2 custom t-shirts for my sons from this business via Facebook. This was done on Jan 13, 2014 and the 2 t-shirts totaled $32.00. The shirts stated they would ship in approx 4 weeks. It has now been twice that length of time and I still have not received my order. I have contacted the seller via Facebook and via email and the seller has not responded to either. The Facebook page of this business is now flooded with complaints of people who have paid this seller and have not received their purchase and cannot get a response from the seller to get a refund initiated. There are alot of orders and money that this seller has taken from what looks like to be numerous people, myself included, and this business needs to be investigated. I want either my product or a refund.Desired Settlement: Total refund of #32.00 via paypal

Review: This is by far one of the WORST places I have ever encountered!!! I ordered an outfit online from them months ago. I have contacted them SEVERAL times (by phone, email, and facebook) with absolutely no response. All I want is to get a refund for the outfit I paid for and NEVER recieved. When I get online to look at their website it is nothing but complaints on orders placed and not recieved and no communication on their end after numerous calls!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down. They are nothing but a bunch of low down thieves.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of the outfit I ordered refunded.

Review: I ordered an item through this company's website back in November. The item was supposed to be a pre order to ship in January. January has come and gone and I have not recieved my item. I have emailed, sent facebook messages and posted on their buisness facebook multiple times and have recieved no response from anyone. Lookng at posts from other customers on their page, I am not the only person who has not recieved an item or a response. Since it has been since November when I ordered it, PayPal will not help. I plan on going through my bank next if I cannot get a resolution through this.Desired Settlement: At this point, unless I can get confirmation that my item is in the mail with a valid USPS tracking number I would like a refund for my item. $25

Review: On February 7, 2014, I placed an order for two children's outfits from their website. On February 20, 2014, I received an email stating my items had shipped however, the USPS status still shows as "electronic shipping info received." After more than a week of the status showing as above, I contacted the company. On March 6, 2014, I received an email from the company promising to research it the next day and "if it has not shipped, it will definitely ship tomorrow." After not receiving an update from the company, I sent follow up emails on March 7, March 10, and March 11. I have not received any responses from the Company and the shipping status is consistently displaying "electronic shipping info received." I do not believe the company ever shipped the items.The company also has a facebook "store." There are multiple other individuals with the same complaints - items were ordered and paid for but were never shipped and the company will not respond to emails or messages.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or to receive the items originally ordered.
