Review: I have placed three orders from this shop totaling 87.00. My first order was place on Feb. 3, 2014. I have not received any of the orders and when I try to contact the shop no one responds. I have called and emailed for a week with no response. They are continually taking orders and customers money without fulfilling orders. I have been expecting a package from them for a while and when it never came I started researching to see what I could find out. What I found out was alarming..on their facebook wall so many other customers are having the same problem and from what I read this was once a great shop but has over several months stopped fulfilling orders. I just want my money back. This shop owner needs to be stopped before more people are swindled out of hard earned money. They are stealing from customers everyday. Thanks for your help with this matter. My orders are as follows: Feb.3, 2014 #[redacted] $29.00 Feb. 24, 2014 #[redacted] $25.00 Mar. 5, 2014 #[redacted] $33.00Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded. I have opened one claim with Paypal to see if I can be refunded through them since that is what I used to pay for all three orders.

Review: I pre-ordered and paid for an outfit in November. I was then told the product would ship out later in February. I have emailed them multiple times and tried to contact them on Facebook and no response. I would just like a refund now. Everyone that has used them is complaining of the same thing! Something's got to give!!! The best part is they are posting items for people to buy and they can not even send out the items that others have paid for!Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for what I bought and did no receive!

Review: On January 22, 2014, Stitched and Smocked advertised a Minnie Mouse t-shirt on their Facebook page, along with other children's clothing items, for purchase. The t-shirt could be customized with a 3 letter monogram. I ordered and paid for the shirt via paypal that same day. I received an order confirmation from Stitched and Smocked as well as a receipt from Paypal. Stitched and Smocked advertised with the shirt that it would ship in 4-5 weeks. It has been over 4-5 weeks since I ordered this shirt and it has not arrived. I emailed Stitched and Smocked at their advertised email address ([email protected]) inquiring as to when the shirt would ship. I received no response. I next decided to file a paypal claim, but since 45 days had passed since my original order date (I waited because of the 4-5 week expected shipping), paypal would not take the matter any further. I next visited Stitched and Smocked's Facebook page only to find many complaints posted by other customers detailing items they had purchased and never received, some dating back to October. I waited several days and sent Stitched and Smocked a second email inquiring about my order and again received no response. I have checked their Facebook page every day since then and while the customer complaints continue to be posted, the older ones are deleted. Clearly Stitched and Smocked has seen the complaints and instead of addressing them, they simply delete them. I'm very disappointed. I have ordered from Stitched and Smocked in the past with no problems, which is why I allowed the 4-5 week waiting period to pass without question.Desired Settlement: I would like the total amount I paid on January 22, 2014 to be refunded.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Stitched And Smocked regarding complaint ID 9975368. I have also submitted a complaint with the Louisiana Attorney General's office.
