I haven't ever taken the time to do a review beforeMy experience with Stone Mart and in particular with Jay Hwas so good I would never consider not passing my experience onAlthough I don't think the price could really be beaten, the customer service, professionalism, patience, kindness, and personal attention were unmatchedThere is something to be said for customer serviceIn my opinion, I would pay a little more for the service even if I did find it cheaperI would like to note that I didn't have the largest order everI believe I received the same great treatment as someone who had made a massive commercial orderI have more projects in the near future and wouldn't use any other company for my order As a side note I believe any damage in shipment would be handled in a very quick and professional mannerSometimes damage can happen at no real fault to any party and it's a comfort to know Stone Mart has staff that cares enough to take care of these situations
Several years ago I purchased 4Xmarble, travertine tiles for my kitchen backsplashTo upgrade a nearby powder room, I needed square feet of 6Xtiles to matchThe national home improvement chain stopped selling the tilesThe local tile distributor in Maryland and Northern Virginia said four weeks until they would have in stockJames W [redacted] and Stone-Mart had the tiles in stock and delivered to my home the same week! James worked with us through matching the tiles by emailed photos and walked us through the shipping and ordering processMy experience with James W [redacted] and Stone-Mart was phenomenal!
Jay was extremely helpful and helped me very much before I placed my order It was a major cost savings for me to order directly from them I couldn't be happier with my floor and I am thankful that Jay was there to help me along the way!!
I've purchased products for outdoor and indoor renovation work I am very pleased with the quality of the stone products and the service I received from James W [redacted] and other sales representatives at Stone Mart Tampa location I am a designer working in the east coast of FL and I find Stone Mart's tile and paver products to be the best I have used in quality, color, and in amount of useful product in the order (meaning there is little breakage and the freight delivery company they use to send the product is careful)

I wanted to share my experience with my recent bathroom remodel planning and materials purchase from Stone MartFrom the moment I entered the showroon, I was immediately greeted by Iris and Humberto, both made me feel at home and extremely comfortable as I really had no definitive plan as to what tile, colors, and installation advice I was going to neediris is an amazing listener and design consultantShe spent a lot of time with me to match what I wanted with some pretty cool tile combinations,the bathroom is going to look awesome when I complete itadditionally, Humberto gave me so much great advice and important details regardinging tile installation...right down to using a square shower drain rather than the round one I currently have...he made it easier for me as I undertake my project ( I'm installing myself)...Aservice with no pressure and easy to understand ideas and detailsWithout hesitation, I strongly recommend doing business with stone mart and the wonderful team they haveThanks so much Iris and Humberto!!!
