I wanted to share my experience with my recent bathroom remodel planning and materials purchase from Stone MartFrom the moment I entered the showroon, I was immediately greeted by Iris and Humberto, both made me feel at home and extremely comfortable as I really had no definitive plan as to what tile, colors, and installation advice I was going to neediris is an amazing listener and design consultantShe spent a lot of time with me to match what I wanted with some pretty cool tile combinations,the bathroom is going to look awesome when I complete itadditionally, They gave me so much great advice and important details regardinging tile installation...right down to using a square shower drain rather than the round one I currently have...and made it easier for me as I undertake my project ( I'm installing myself)...Aservice with no pressure and easy to understand ideas and detailsWithout hesitation, I strongly recommend doing business with stone mart and the wonderful team they have

Our contractor sent us to the newly opened Stone Mart to look for floor and wall tiles because they offered first quality stone We walked in and were greeted warmly by Forrest who worked efficiently to help us find the exact look we were searching for He was knowledgeable and patient as we were being a little particular and the experience went so smoothly that we didn't bother to shop around The floor is in and looks amazing, wall tiles are now being installedThank you Forrest!
I had a very positive experience dealing with the sales rep Jose LHe answered all my questions and took the extra time to send me photos of different combinations of stoneI would recommend Stone-Mart for your stone projects
I needed addition travertine tile to complete my hall bath and contacted Jim via online He called and made arrangements for me to pick up the next morning in Tampa,FL He had my order and I was back on the road that morning to Panama City, FL Greatly appreciate the fast turn around
Just finished a large order with Christina S***, and I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service she providedI will definitely look forward to doing more business with her and Stone Mart!
I haven't ever taken the time to do a review beforeMy experience with Stone Mart and in particular with Jay Hwas so good I would never consider not passing my experience onAlthough I don't think the price could really be beaten, the customer service, professionalism, patience, kindness, and personal attention were unmatchedThere is something to be said for customer serviceIn my opinion, I would pay a little more for the service even if I did find it cheaperI would like to note that I didn't have the largest order everI believe I received the same great treatment as someone who had made a massive commercial orderI have more projects in the near future and wouldn't use any other company for my order
As a side note I believe any damage in shipment would be handled in a very quick and professional mannerSometimes damage can happen at no real fault to any party and it's a comfort to know Stone Mart has staff that cares enough to take care of these situations

We called from the Dallas area wanting travertine pavers shipped Their price was cheaper shipped from Florida to Texas than just purchasing it here in Texas The sales representative, Jay, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful I will certainly do business with them again!

In addition to the $10K+ we paid for the tile we paid thousands more to ship it to the USVI where it arrived in mid-April As we do not currently live in the*** we we

Stone Mart is absolutely amazing, they have sold me travertine and marble for three of my housesTheir high end travertine and marble is an amazing value, it usually the same price as a low/mid-grade tile at Home Depot but adds 10x the value to the homeTheir selection is amazing and every time I sell a house with their travertine and marble it dramatically increases the resell value and the houses don't last long on the market
One piece of advice when going to Stone Mart, ask for JamesIf he's busy with another customer, waitJames is a true expert in travertine and marbleHe will get you exactly what you are looking for at a price you can't believeThe best part is he is 100% honest and never tries to upsell
