Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:In fact Stonegate requested I take my car to Grandav Auto Body, however, this was never done because Jeri [redacted] told me the claim was already denied solely based on the statement from the towing company (RSI) denying they caused any damages to my car. Why would I take my car to be inspected when they already denied the claim? I spoke to the Jeri [redacted] just once (not numerous times) and by the first conversation we had she told my claim was denied. The second interaction was a message Jeri [redacted] left on my voice mail and she reiterated again that the claim was denied. I do not agree to their response as Stonegate is unwilling to further investigate the towing company damage to my car by reviewing the videos I sent them or inspecting my vehicle.
Sincerely,
David [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Once again Stonegate and it's President is simply sidetracking the real issue and the VERY reasonable request I have asked of them...stated VERY clearly in my last response.
It is also very obvious that they are only responding simply to have this complaint "stricken" as they have asked already twice and that is all they care about.
AGAIN, I am asking that Stonegate provide me with a VERY reasonable date as to when they will conclude their so-called "investigation" and would love to know "what" and "how"they are investigating in detail that has taken us to almost a month from the date of loss.
There are NUMEROUS complaints online about the conduct of Stonegate and how they handle claims and that is apparent in my claim also.
This complaint should NOT be stricken and Stonegate should simply answer my question without leaving me in limbo. They should also be expected to handle my claim in a VERY reasonable and professional manner.
I find it comical how [redacted]ext. [redacted] said to me the reason the claim adjuster, [redacted] (ext.[redacted]) has never returned any of my countless voicemails, faxes an emails is because she was out of the office. But yet, no "out of the office" automated email response. No "I will be out of the office" message on her voicemail. This I most certainly know was a complete lie that she has been out of the office.
That is what Stonegate and it's representatives are all about...lies and not properly handling claims in an effort to avoid paying them.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  Im writing this to  "reject" stone gates response they have NEVER sent me  "[redacted]" any information to fill out a form. they spoke to my fiancé "[redacted]" only   after several attempts to rectify the issue at hand, which I have VIDEO PROFF of the tow truck driver damaging my rear end bumper. ( I now even have texts from the driver ADMITTING he scratched the bumper, and him trying to pay us off with $200.00)  once I continued to inform stone gate of said video, they in fact did have me go to get the damage estimated. even the guy whom stone gate picked to do said damage estimate stated that the video footage proved the damage happened from his ramps. they refuse to acknowledge anything after they received the professionals estimate. they've even gone as far as to blame us for the damage by stating we said nothing to the driver to resolve the issue. it is my responsibility to contact drivers insurance provider to notify them their client damaged my bumper, however it is NOT my responsibility to contact the driver. they continue to state that bc the driver failed to file the damage, that it must mean the damage didn't occur. which is not the case, again I HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF THE TOW DRIVER DAMAGING MY CHROME BUMPER! THE ONLY RECTIFICATION I WILL ACCEPT IS THE REPLACEMENT OF MY REAR CHROME BUMPER THEIR CLINET DAMAGED. I also would like to point out how entirely rude they treat us to this day! I offered to even take MORE TIME out of my day to go into the niles location to show the video. to only be rudely told that they would not be there to look at the video, bc they were going to lunch! at the end of the day we used a driver whom is insured through them, it is legally their responsibility to make good on the claim. heaven forbid if this had been an actual automobile accident, that injuries incurred from. I can only imagine they would to try to deny the claim. I'm not asking for anything that isn't owed to me. theres nothing further to say on our end other than it looks like I will be taking the company and the driver to small claims court. where they will not only be found guilty but then have court costs on top of the damage cost. thanks kindly to the Revdex.com, we appreciate your time. sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:  again Stonegate insurance continues to dance around the real issues. If they weren't liable why did the driver flee the scene of an accident. The [redacted] report also clearly states that the driver was making a right turn not a left. So they are saying that the driver whose actually a criminal once leaving the scene of an accident said word is all they need to deny a claim. Lastly there is video surveillance to support this and none of that is taken into consideration. Finally Ms. J[redacted] the claim adjuster was verbally abusive to myself and the individual also under our insurance who was the victim of this not only accident but now crime. What is stinegates response to all of these repeated questions?  They never actually answer them. They continuously dance around them and to everything possible to avoid paying their claim which I've read on several other complaints on here. They are not just wrong they are immoral and only care about the all mighty dollar. The prof is in my first statement that I made against the company and there Presidents non response to all of the questions. Have no asked for a second time.
Sincerely,
T** K[redacted]
