I don't write reviews, but in this case I felt it was necessary because of the great service I received from a gent named *** at Stopzilla I have been a subscriber already and decided to add their service to our other two computers which I do not have email installed and needed help with the installation I am and told *** that I was not the sharpest pencil in the box when it came to working with ***'s laptop He laughed and said that didn't make any difference to him, so away we went He worked with me for several hours to get all three computers installed with Stopzilla latest version It took so long because our internet connection kept dropping out The time it takes for a page to come up now is about 1/what it used to be I can't believe we have the same service provider
I can't say enough good about Stopzilla's product performance and their customer service
By the way, I had competing virus protection on my original computer which didn't allow my first subscription of Stopzilla to fully do it's job Once we got rid of the other programs and installed the new version it was like getting new computers

Today I had a call saying my computer was unprotected and they needed accessI called StopZilla and was told it was a scamI have someone looking out for me and my computer! Thank you for all you do and KEEP IT UP!
I was very pleased with Michael, who displayed a complete knowledge of Stopzilla and Windows 10, in activating the anti-virus program on my laptop today As well, he took the time to see if it needed a "clean-up," and he improved the desktop layout I especially appreciated the fact that when I called for support, the voices at Stopzilla came from persons speaking understandable English
I just came off the Phone with your technicianMichael R., I have worked with him a few times before, and I alway's ask for him, Patience Personified to say the least about this young man
When you reach my age(82) it is so refreshing when someone treats you like a real living , breathing individual, and this is how Mike treats me, and I really do appreciate it
No question is ever left unanswered, he explains everyhting in great detail, and that is one of the reasons I have been with STOPZILLA FOR SO MANY YEARS, AND PLEASE LORD MANY MORE
