StopZilla and there staff are awesome. I just purchased a laptop. Never had one and of course I was thinking about purchasing there Antivirus software for my new computer. I called and spoke with [redacted] in the billing department and all I have to say is what a great experience I had and learned a few things while he was assisting me in configuring my new laptop and installing there new version of Stopzilla 7.0. He was so kind, understanding, and just a great guy to talk too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing new software and or technical support. However, [redacted] is a kind and beautiful human being to deal with. I'd rate them a "10" in my book. Great Job!!

A nice young man, Michael, called to inform me I needed to renew my Stopzilla coverage. He has a lovely laugh and a nice personality. I am 81 with a weird sense of humor so we had an enjoyable time.

I am very happy with my Stopzilla Computer protection service. Always seems to protect my computer as it should. Also, the customer service people are very knowledgeable and have done an excellent job assisting me when needed. Very competent, to say the least. Highly recommend the service!

I would like to take a minute to thank the tech support and service of [redacted] who assisted my renewal and updates for my home computer this past week. She clearly is an asset to this business! She was kind PATIENT and stayed to the process through completion of the task without leaving the lost customer I was to work it out on my own! I felt she was able to listen to my overall and reasons of my concerns and apply actual assistantance to my specific needs! She also was able to educate a greater understanding of what was purchased and what was next needed to be done to keep a maintained system. It was such a positive experience to have her support and service! I look forward to working with her again as I continue to use her advice and tech support with Stopzilla in the future!

Stopzilla is an excellent antivirus service! I became a part of this company over a decade ago. It is the best antivirus at a cost savings price point. Customer service is just as exceptional, as well. I recently worked with Michael R and was so pleased with the professional, courteous and knowledgeable help that I received. When I first discovered them, they helped e resolve a terrible virus on my computer. I look forward to many more years with the safe and protective service of this company!

Some 15-20 years ago I got a computer virus that no other anti-virus protector could repair, until my computer guru suggested Stopzilla. Back then it cost $10, and within 10 minutes my computer and virus were repaired. i've had Stopzilla ever since.
They also have the best customer suppor, particular Erike who this morning solved my registration key issues in about 1 minute. Way to go, Erike and Stopzilla!

My problem was identified and removed promptly.
I have always had a positive experience when dealing with your company.
I would not hesitate to recommend IS3 to anyone requiring computer protection.

Had an incident of I guess it's called ransom ware with a popup blocking the use of one of my browsers. It was a scam for $499. which I did not go for. I called the Stopzilla Customer Service line and was greeted by Erica 303. I'll just say she is a terrific first contact face for your company. She couldn't have been more informative, helpful and accommodating. The Tech Support rep Lyndon was equally helpful and informative. Great Job Erica and Lyndon! You Fixed me!
