Water was on the floor in two basement rooms in my home near Viola, KS following very heavy rain the morning of August 6, Stover's Restoration provided excellent service when I had a more serious water damage problem several years agoBecause of the prior service I immediately called Stover's and spoke with *** Stover He said he would be at my home within an hour and kept that promiseUpon arrival *** surveyed the extent of water on the floor, explained exactly the services needed, and promptly set up equipment to begin the drying process Three necessary subsequent service calls were needed, and these calls were made on time and with professional service each timeThe Stover's employees were always courteous and responsive to my questions I am very satisfied, and highly recommend Stover's Restoration to others!
I am very pleased to review this company Iowa's overwhelmed with all I was facing when myHot eater heater trusted out and flooded three rooms in my homeI first called lime/ *** plumbing who were considerate for me and called stovers *** was very professional taking time to be sure I understand all they would be doingThe next day *** came and explained what was next

I can't say enough about how these gentlemen took care of the damage They were polite and worked so hard to get everything cleaned up in a reasonable timeI would highly recommend them

Stover's Restoration has turned a very stressful situation, our water heater rupturing, into a fairly easy one*** with Stover's responded right away and got the dehumidifier and fans going*** came out and checked the moisture readings and the carpetHe even offered to take the towels and blankets we used to soak up the water and have them cleaned for us so I wouldn't have to worry about getting them cleaned! I am so happy with Stover's Restoration and their employeesWe won't hesitate to use them in the future, although I hope we don't have to go through something like this againWe highly recommend Stover's Restoration!!!!

Within a very short period of time all of my worries were resolvedThe Stover's Restoration technican took time to explain the process step by stepStover's Restoration has since made numerous follow-ups to certain that there is and there won't be any mold growth
