We had water in our basement We removed as much as we could, but were not sure about a small carpeted area They came out at no charge to check the carpet They found no moisture except in some drywall They told us what to do Thank you ***!
We've used Stover's Restoration in the past and when asked by the insurance adjuster who we'd like, Stover's immediately came to mind We called Stover's while the insurance adjuster was here and *** showed up within 15-minutes He then called for reinforcements and three more men showed up very quickly They moved furniture, pulled up carpet, removed pad, and set fans, all in less than an hour *** then briefed us on next steps *** was very polite, courteous, and professional I HIGHLY recommend Stover's and if you happen to get ***, you will have no worries
