After the I receive and deposit the check, I will update the complaint I want to make it clear that the amount that we decided on was to replace multiple items that this company lost and a table that was brokenI have had to reach out to the owner 7+ times when he did not return my phone calls or follow up He is sending the check because I contacted him after waiting a month for a check he said he sentI will update Revdex.com when I receive the check that does not cover what we lost.

I am rejecting this response because: This business is full of liars that falsely advertise and try to force others to pay much more money than they originally quoteI was finally able to settle with the company for approximately $We tried to get the inventory sheet and price quote from the company for several weeks, but they only called when they were at another job site and did not have access to the recordsI was given a price over the phone of $flat by the guy responsible for our possessionsThe reason they are now able to claim they did not give me that price is that they refused to put anything on paperThey quoted a ridiculously high price, hoping I would cave in and payI was told that if I insisted on a broken down price summary, that he would create one and make it total $ It was not until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com that they gave me a new price and a broken down summaryEven then, they added on $for days of storage and $for packing materials, although they only used about 10-of their own boxesYes, my wife and I are divorcing, but we were in constant communication throughout the move and quickly learned that the company was telling each of us different things to try and get us to settle for the higher amountI am active duty military and have moved around the US and overseas several timesI can honestly say that this is the worst moving company I have ever encountered and I highly discourage anyone from utilizing their servicesThe only positive thing I can say about my experience with them is that it is over and I never have to deal with them again
