I am rejecting this response because:It has been one week since the company responded to you that they would contact me.  I have heard nothing from them via mail or phone. If they attempted to contact me I would accept the offer. I do not want the matter to be considered closed when they did not follow up with me as they said htey would.

These customers were divorced and the husband was supposed to pay for the move and they had problems between them, we just did the job that we were asked to do from [redacted] We pick up on July 26 and the customer wanted the delivery on Aug 15. At the same day the wife wanted us to do some...

packing service and signed on the papers work.We did inventory list but the person that was in charge on the move forgot to give her so she called a few time to the sales office and we told her that we will get it from the warehouse where things were stored and will sent her and so it was.Before Aug.15 we called here with the weight of the shipment and she waned us to keep it until Aug 22.On Aug.21 we load the truck for delivery and tried to call her a few time and no response!!Finally the customer called and asked to receive the things in Sept. 01 and to send her the invoice.  she told us that she  will make sure that her divorced husband will pay.We unload again the truck to the storage and load it again on Aug 31 so that the client would receive it at the time she wanted.The bill was made up of shipping weight 4480 lbs and packing material and  Storage Handling. The amount was $3714 and not the price that the husband claim!!Today Sept 01 she got the shipment and paid for the move. Thank you for understanding,David P[redacted]Universal Movers.
