Bait and switch tactics in Ohio and in most other states are considered unethical business practices. Ohio has laws to protect consumers against these type actions. Advertising a product/service on the internet to a consumer in another state, while knowing and willfully selling a product/service not as the seller advertised is deception and fraud. This type of action can be considered wire fraud, which is a federal offense. Josh C[redacted] advertised to the consumer 100% funding for rehab projects, but now they claim one needs 20% down payment for rehab and also for repairs. I have a copy of the email from SREC as proof. This kind of misrepresentation about a product/service is deceptive advertising and fraud. The state of Ohio as well as the [redacted] have laws to protect the consumer from unethical and fraudulent behavior. I also requested a copy of the purchase order for this product/service from the company and as of today I have not received it. The company has also failed to give me a copy of the purchase order as I requested. There are many untrue statements, poor customer service and false misrepresentations from this company that raises a lot of red flags. Refund my $1155.00 that the company took from me.

Bait and switch tactics in Ohio and in most other states are considered unethical business practices. Ohio has laws to protect consumers against these type actions. Advertising a product/service on the internet to a consumer in another state, while knowing and willfully selling a product/service not as the seller advertised is deception and fraud. This type of action can be considered wire fraud, which is a federal offense. Josh C[redacted] advertised to the consumer 100% funding for rehab projects, but now they claim one needs 20% down payment for rehab and also for repairs. I have a copy of the email from SREC as proof. This kind of misrepresentation about a product/service is deceptive advertising and fraud. The state of Ohio as well as the [redacted] have laws to protect the consumer from unethical and fraudulent behavior. I also requested a copy of the purchase order for this product/service from the company and as of today I have not received it. The company has also failed to give me a copy of the purchase order as I requested. There are many untrue statements, poor customer service and false misrepresentations from this company that raises a lot of red flags. Refund my $1155.00 that the company took from me.
