We are sorry that your present financial problems will hinder your dreams.In the meantime I have spoken with Millen, Brig, Jeff and Sheila at SREC that you referred to in our conversation. As per what is mentioned in the conversation concerning purchasing properties. They do say that you do not need a down payment and they do say that it is OK to have bad credit.....but regardless of that a client still has to have money for rehabs and minimum monthly payments. Millen explained many ways he could help you find some money. Leslee has a contact and that was given to you. You were given other options to get funds. Here is what Sheila from our main office told you: There is nothing down but customer is responsible for appraisal and site visits. The thing she was most upset about was building the monthly loan payments into the loan and we do not do that but she said Millen and or Jeff said she could. Customers have to pay a monthly payment for any loans with us. Hope this helps.I am sorry for your financial situation. It also sounds like a real communication breakdown occurred and we don't know how to help you with that as well. I am sure that you are/were looking for a way to find success through the real estate industry.
