To Whom It May Concern,

Our Project Manager went back out to Mr. [redacted]s house on September 25, 2014 to inspect the roof and new claim concerns that Mr. [redacted] had. Upon arriving Mr. [redacted] brought it to the attention of the PM that he did not want the nails poking through the sheathing. The PM suggested that we could grind them down and paint them, however, this would not be covered under the original repairs because per code the nails must penetrate through the roof. There was no mention of any leaks at this time it was only cosmetic concerns so I am not sure why any leakage was not brought to the attention of the PM at the time we were there. If there is indeed leakage we will happily address this, however, the cosmetic concern was not part of the approved insurance scope of work. There was a new claim which was interior repairs but Stratton will not be performing these repairs. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

If Mr. [redacted] would like us to come back and inspect the areas for leaks we will. We can perform a leak test on the roof. If there are indeed leaks in the areas of the roof where we performed work, we are happy to cover that under our warranty. As stated in my previous response, based on the insurance scope of work (estimate from the insurance) we performed the task to code and the cosmetic issues of them being able to see the nails was not covered under labor or material. Please advise if Mr. [redacted] wants us to come back out for any warranty leaks, or he can contact me directly.

Stratton Restoration came out to my house in the middle of the night. They were very responsive polite and helpful. They took care of my flood that night and then came back and fixed everything for me. Working with them was easy and they made a hard and difficult situation bearable. We had a house fire July 2013. This happened to be 2 was before our wedding. We hired Stratton to clean our clothes, house and install the new air conditioning unit. The clothes...old Navy shorts would be dry cleaned while cashmere and wool sweaters washed and dried consequently shrinking and ruining them. There was NO common sense used as we found out was the case in every project they did. The house... They did a good job cleaning it. The air conditioning unit was another story. We told them we wanted a vent into the bathroom. Without our consent or any kind of communication they installed the ugliest vent through the top of my closet and put a huge hole in the side of the wall. My husband is a contractor and to not even talk to him about this was absurd! All we could do was laugh it was so awful. We wanted it from the roof into the bathroom. Again NO common sense. We also discovered the AC unit leaked when it rained and had to have a roofing company repair what they did. Meanwhile, we were working with our insurance to get the money to pay Stratton. This was difficult because the insurance put the mortgage company name on the check. We were at the mercy of the mortgage company to release funds. We had to have inspectors come out and observe our progress so they could release the funds. We had to be at least 50% finished with the project which makes it difficult when you don't have the money up front. Very frustrating. **, the owner of Stratton became very nasty with us sending a letter from his attorney threatening us with collections. We finally got the money and paid him. Last week they delivered our storage pod full of our things. To my horror I started opening boxes looking forward to finally using my beautiful new fiesta ware and silverware that were wedding gifts. All my kitchen stuff was still filthy. They just forgot to clean a number of boxes. The things they did clean, my new silverware, were so poorly done, there is no way I would eat off of them. I sent ** a picture of the plate and he didn't even have the nerve to call me back himself. He had an employee call us and apologize. It has been a traumatic and frustrating time and ** has made the situation much worse. In addition to all of this, my renters insurance (since we we not married yet) paid Stratton $5000.00 to clean just my things. The cleaning of our 400 sq ft house and air conditioner was around $9000.00. My husbands things were also around $5000.00.

We would like to highly recommend Stratton Restoration. They really helped us rebuild our home after an unfortunate fire accident. Stratton has very professional and courteous staff, sub-contractors and workers. We especially would like to Thank Lance W[redacted] and Max D[redacted].
From planning to completion, they were there to offer valuable suggestions. Their ability to coordinate the entire building process made everything run smoothly and efficiently.
They handled our job with utmost sincerity and dedication. Our questions and concerns were always given their immediate attention as they made us feel that our home was their number one priority.

When I saw I had a leak in kitchen ceiling and it had stained the ceiling and caused other additional damage, I was worried about how I could get it fixed and the mess it would cause.

Stratton Restoration made the process easy. They identified the real source of the leak on the roof and fixed it within a day. The inside kitchen and laundry room repairs were done quickly and without a huge mess as I had anticipated. Stratton fixed everything to my satisfaction and more.

Stratton Restoration is a great company. They were professional, worked very well with my homeowner's insurance company. The quality of the workmanship was great.

I was extremely pleased with this company and the results of the job.

Wow! What do I Say! I could not have asked for a better company to help me in a very stressful and unpredicted circumstance. With our washing overflowing while we were out of town we came home to a house full of water and the sunken living room looked like a wading pool. Stratton was there as soon as we called and was able to get all the water out and dry the house in days needing very little repair due to them drying it so quickly. They got us back in normal living conditions quicker than I ever could have thought. I could not recommend a better, kinder and more professional company than Stratton Restoration! Thanks again!

Stratton team of professionals were quick to respond to a water mitigation issue in our kitchen. Their various crews specializing in water mitigation, demolition and restoration of kitchen cabinets and outdoor stucco were top notch.

Stratton Restoration did a terrific job on the repairs to my home following a fire.

Review: Stratton is billing for work not done. I have been billed for 8 or 10 ceiling joists when only 4 were replaced. Painting that was not required or done, extra debris hauling, a garage door that was never replaced, and fencing that was never done. Plus a fee of $110.22 for putting an existing sideing strip back up with 6 nails. After talking with a very inept secretary, and sending a detailed written dispute, I received a final payment notice 2 weeks after I received the first reminder notice. Not to mention the rather threatening notice I received with my requested itemized statement, telling me I could not share the information with anyone. I maintain that the company should not be paid for work never started and most certainly not done. I still have to find and pay someone else to put up a fence, and I never will trust the roof they put on my garage.Desired Settlement: I will be happy to pay for the work they did do. I do not want to pay for work not done by these people.

Stratton Restoration did an excellent job. They were very professional, completed their work on time, and we are very pleased with their workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done.
