Shady company with shady business practices. Salesman came to house to assess job. Stated that they charge 500.00 an hour and the job would take a 1.5 hours. Salesman stated that the charge included 2 arborists. After putting a required deposit down before they will schedule you, the crew arrive to complete the work. They were finished and gone within 40 minutes. I assumed they would adjust the charge. When I contacted the company the service rep stated they charge by the job and not by the hour. I asked her why her sales rep sold it by the hour and there was no comment. Dont waste time or especially money with this company! They charged my card the reamainder and an additional 10.50 for charging my card.

We've used Strobert's three times in the past 12 months. The first was for major tree trimming shortly after we moved into our home. The second time was for taking care of some storm damage, which included some minor trimming. Most recently we used Stroberts to do an extensive amount of hedge trimming, focusing on some very large bushes which were hard to reach.
Each service was done in a timely and highly professional manner. The person doing the estimate arrived on time in each case. When we decided to proceed, the office called within a day or two to schedule the work and it was possible to get the work done quickly (within a few days of the call). The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day.
The work crews were terrific-- very efficient and very receptive to our incremental requests and guidance (e.g., "take that branch down too" or "take some more off that hedge so that it's a bit shorter," etc.) In every case they were responsive and did what we requested. The quality of their work was excellent and their clean-up was exemplary.
We are 100% satisfied with the work done by Strobert's and we will continue to use them.

I hired Strobert to remove a tree and grind the stump in my front yard as well as take down some branches in my backyard. They went above and beyond every step of the way to meet my needs. They were great with communication and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They are very reasonably priced and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Timely estimate and expert technicians.

Strobert did an amazing job for me. They cut down a HUGE tree in my rear yard and limbs from another. They were clean and considerate of my property. They even planted grass seeds when they were done! If you are considering this company, do not hesitate. You will be pleased.

Strobert did an excellent job removing 11 trees from our property (most 120+ feet tall). Their customer service was great, someone answered the phone every time, and the estimator came to our house 3 times. They also gave us the best price for the job after shopping around. The crew was professional, courteous, and was more than willing to accommodate our requests. It took several days but you would never know the trees were even there. We are very satisfied with the work done.

Strobert's recently took down a large Bradford Pear for us. Jason provided us with a quote and several options with what to do with the tree. Once we opted to have it removed, the process was quite painless. The crew arrived on time and were courteous, professional and quick. Habiere led the crew. All were very impressive in the way they worked together without alot of commotion. Tony came along after and ground the stump. The crew checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent work!

The fact that Patton did not have the knowledge to properly install ram in my laptop computer doesn't concern me as much as the total indifference from the owner/manager after their mistake was discovered. Product ordering was promised, yet was never completed. Contact promises were not kept. Today, I unwound their unsatisfactory work and said how unhappy it makes me to have to now go to Best Buy to achieve customer satisfaction. If Patton cannot service properly, they surely cannot sell properly. See other's thoughts at Yelp! My recommendation ... stay away!
