Vehicle is covered under the manufactures powertrain warranty.We have had the vehicle here and driven it as requested by the owner drove vehicle from McMurray to grove City, per owners request, in an attempt to duplicate issue, as well as other test drives.we have been unable to duplicate the issue Vehicle has no internal codes indicating that as issue has occurred.we have talked with Chrysler's Tech support personnel and without duplicating the issue or having an internal error code Chrysler will not authorized any repairs.Mr [redacted] is welcome to utilize another Chrysler Dealership if he wishes

South Hills returned Ms [redacted] vehicle to Washington Hyundai We did this as a convenience to her.south Hills can not be responsible for excess mileage, wear & tear and lease end fees These are between Hyundai finance and Ms***.the delay in returning the vehicle to Washington Hyundai caused no charges to Ms [redacted] The delay was caused attempting to Cordinate the return with washington Hyundia's finance department They along with Hyundia finance do the vehicle inspection and billing for lease termination

I do not accept this responsemonths passed because I never thought to check the sizeI trusted that they put on the right tiresthe front end problem they refer to was fixed already, which they would have known had they taken all the papers I brought for them to look at instead of dismissing my complaint as "we didn't do it"it was due to front end steering problem directly related to months of the wrong tires being ononce again I would like to say that the garage I had been using for years, where I know everyone, and have had no problems, I trust did not switch out the tiresi do not trust bill winters, nor his service staff, especially now, having read multiple complaints and reviews about how bad the service is there when cars aren't brand newi know this will never resolve, I just want to make sure my complaint is on record

We repaired Ms***’s vehicle It was in our shop during a period while we waited for parts to complete the repair.We provided her with a Rental vehicle during that period No rental company we know of, or South Hills, has rental vehicles that are right hand driveAs Ms [redacted] knows we do not stock right hand drive wranglers and it took us some time to locate a right hand drive wrangler for her.The recall on her vehicle, repair parts are currently unavailable to us We are hoping to receive them within the next few weeks, at which point she can schedule an appointment to have the recall performed.South Hills had decided to give Ms [redacted] the vent visors as goodwill because of the issue with the vehicle These were not part of the original deal as shown on the We Owe signed by Ms [redacted] at time of taking delivery of the vehicle These are currently on order and she will be contacted when we receive them It would FCA (Chrysler’s) determination if they would want to repair her vehicle or compensate her for a paymentPlease feel free to contact us if you have any questions

We paid $in the final payments of her Hyundai lease.the Turn in fee and damage found by Hyundai finance is the customer responsibility South Hills can not be responsible for a turn in fee or damage of a vehicle leased from Hyundai She should contact Hyundai and review with them the damage found

Ms [redacted] had her vehicle towed in on 8/17/because her vehicle would not start.The damage on the bumper would have occurred when the vehicle was towed to our facility.the bumper has many scrapes on itwhile at our facility Ms [redacted] supplied us tire rims to replace on her vehicle because of prior damage to them

We cannot allow used vehicles to be utilized as loaners for customers These vehicles have not been safety checked to insure vehicle it completely safe Also insurance company has an issue with loaning used vehiclesThe time for the repair was because of ordering parts once the issue with the water leak was foundWe just received the pictures from Chrysler and the quality of them makes it difficult to see These pictures are the same as the ones attached to this Revdex.com responseWe will work with Megan (from Chrysler) to decide how to proceed with these once we can see the issuesWe will continue work with Ms [redacted] to repair her vehicle under warranty But will not be able to provide her with a Right hand drive vehicle Also I know of no vehicle that is currently made without a console that would allow her to drive from the passenger side

Ms***'s vehicle was here last week and most issues were resolved.She will be scheduling a return visit to have the final interior issues resolved. She has been coordinating her repairs with Manny our senior service advisor

Assistant Service manager (Manny) is waiting for approval from ***.Estimate was give to *** and they have not provided authorization of payment.Chrysler was contacted and we explained this to them.We will not perform the required repairs unless we receive authorization for payment.Repair
cost will be in excess of $

I have taken the jeep to the shop numerous timesI explained the heat issue has not been resolvedHeat is blowing when knobs are turned offDash is getting hotWhen I turn on windshield air, the air is not blowing through vent as designed it is blowing in front of panel by windshield and sounds like a wind tunnel when turned on. When I had jeep in for (2) days again for service, the interior issues were not completedI was not contacted with status or when I could pick up jeepWhen I called I was told my jeep was not done and the guy to finish would not be in until the next dayI had explained when I dropped off jeep that I must have the jeep back by WednesdayI had to wait while contact was made to release the jeep and I when picking up jeep I didn't received a print out of work completed or actions taken to repair jeepAfter picking up jeep I received a call the next day asking for me to reschedule that they hadn't had sufficient time to repair jeepI explained I am limited on availability for jeep, because this is the busy season and they said they were unable to address issues if jeep couldn't be brought in for enough time to find problem and resolveHow many days should it take to complete repairs? I have taken in jeep everytime, as requested and I am still dealing with the same issuesThey have taken no action to schedule for accomadation for jeep availability Again,I was told the back vent shades have not arrived.

The only Mechanical issue outstanding is a heating issue and Ms*** is dealing with Chrysler (FCA) directly to see if the issue can be resolved

As of the last visit for Ms***’s Journey we know of no current issues with the vehicleDuring her visits to South Hills we have not charge her a $Deductible. Her basic warranty coverage will expire this month and then her Extended Servicer contact will begin. That contact
does have a $deductible and was purchased from the former *** ***Ms*** should contact FCA (###-###-####) if she has concerns about her case opened with Dodge. We do not have access to the details of that case

My reply to the business response: My jeep was brought to their shop (when Jeep called and scheduled and appointment), they scheduled knowing their (waterman) was not in to check my jeep for water issuesThis was a waste of time and loss of workThey then took my jeep for (4) days dismantled in their shop where I could not pick it up on Sunday for work on MondayI received a call Friday afternoon and when I tried to return call I was disconnected and sent to voice mail without a return callThis resulted in my jeep in their shop for another (4) daysI had to call everyday and many times without success to speak with a person to verify status of my jeepI had to make arrangements for my work and although I was given a rental car this was through Enterprise and they gave me a vehicle that I would not work inI explainedI need a vehicle without a console or a vehicle that I could reach to the right side When initial problem occurred my trade in rhs jeep was on the lot (they tried to sell to a coworker)I understand wanting to take to an auction or sell, simple if you know there is a rhs jeep needed why would you not hang on to it until the issue with "NEW" jeep is resolvedI was told to contact them daily to check if recall parts have arrived, that they would not make a phone call to me to schedule appointmentThe vent shades may have been in goodwill after waiting all day to have the paperwork completed, they were to be ordered in June when I purchased the jeep and I have yet to hear they have been receivedWhy they not have the ordered so when Jeep was in for repairs they could be put on? I went to pick up my jeep and I had to clean it because it was a mess after they repaired the water issue, only to notice that a panel is missing, the carpet was not replaced (like Jeep was told), carpet was not returned to where it looked new, a dent was in my hood, and scratches on my doors (picture attached)I am still waiting for a call or email from the manager that I was instructed by Meagan to email pictures to so they could see how jeep was returned, I have been working with Meagan at Jeep and she has had issues with getting return calls and cooperation from this dealership This has been a very unsatisfying purchase and has not been resolved so I am not agreeing until these issues have been completely resolved

This complaint was filed after the manager quite bluntly, rudely, and very unprofessionally told my husband that we should be happy that they let us keep the rental car for more than the time frame allottedThe response about the Sirius radio was not true, the rental provided did NOT have any satellite radioIt took us almost weeks to get the carpet shampooed enough times to get the antifreeze out and dry completely so that is why the complaint was filed weeks after getting my jeep backI have been slowly finding more and more things wrong with my jeepI was under the impression that the parts that are broke were to be replaced and that my jeep was to be returned to me in the same condition it was given to them inThere are several bolts, nuts, and other things missing now that were there before and the carpet was dry when we dropped it off!! There are also several scratches in the paint near the floor inside carI have not taken my jeep back for any of these issues because we were as stated before told by the manager they were done doing anything else with my jeepThe manager was so rude and unprofessional I would rather not deal with him or this dealership again at all!! So far my husband has had to repair or replace several things that were broken or missing when we got it back (replace the light in cup holders, properly bolt down center console, etc.) at our expenseI just feel that this whole experience was horrible!! It also has taken them almost a month to respond to this so the fact that it has been over a month since getting my jeep back isn't all my fault either.
