Review: I paid for company to do loan consolidation with public service forgiveness and income based payments. I kept getting messages from the Department of Education saying Student Loan Assist did not provide all necessary informationand application was denied.

I did the application and got everything completed and approved. I paid $300 for a service that was not provided. I contacted the com p any to Monique whom would not respond.Desired Settlement: Refund, service not completed as agreed upon

Student Loan Assistance has refunded the money in full to the client directly to the credit cards she provided for payment.We have destroyed all personal information and removed her from our contact list.

Review: Company said they could offer student loan forgiveness through the Obama plan. Asked for large amount of money upfront in order to get loans taken care of. Also asked for a lot of personal information regarding student loan pin number and social security number.Desired Settlement: Would like all personal information I gave destroyed and to stop being contacted.

Review: They are calling me five times a day from multiple phone numbers in my area code. I call them back and tell them to stop calling me and they call that hour. I don't know if it's a joke or scam or what. It feels like harassment.Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop calling me. I'm a teacher, I pay my loans. I requested information five months ago and they still keep calling me.
