I was on hold for most of the time when I first enrolled, and the e-sign that is referenced took all of five minutesMonet, the "counselor" who took me through the process summarized as we went, and told me that all the money I was giving them was going to my loansShe never said anything about feesIn total, I spoke with Monet for maybe half an hourFor most of that time, she was explaining how much interest my loans would accrue over the next years, how much money I would actually pay, and how much would be forgivenNothing about the fees or account maintenance was ever explainer or even mentioned Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: Organization charged me $for an account that is not openI have made numerous attempts to contact Student Loan Pro but have yet to hear from anyoneI would like the charges reversed and any overdraft fees paid.Desired Settlement: $+ overdraft fees, apology Response: Client was never charged any fees, she provided payment information that was not valid and when we attempted to contact her to resolve issue she was not responsive, so we cancelled her and closed her fileClient was never a paying client, we never ran a payment as she said her file was not open with usClient ended up completing the services herself and we still confirmed that everything was completed for her properly

Everything was handled quickly and easily over the phone, and they were very friendly and helpful

Mr*** quote was based on an AGI of $60k Based on the pay-stubs the client provided you can see that his base salary is actually $58,a year However, he received a $10,bonus in making his AGI calculated @ $81,for the year This increase in income

Mr*** was in fact emailed the monthly repayment terms on February 21, @ 4:PM PST advising him that his new payment was due on the 2nd of each month beginning 05/02/ Copies of the pay-stubs provided by the client, as well as the email confirmation are both attached.The fees the client was charged are our standard fees $for the initial document processing services and $monthly service fee for ongoing services as we prepare documents for our clients in the Income Driven Repayment Plans on an annual basisThe Income Drive Repayment Plans require a new application be submitted with updated proof of income every months as the payments that are approved are only good for months.We performed the services the client signed up for and we have cancelled his file at his request The client is no eligible for a refund

Client was never a paying client, we never ran a payment as she said her file was not open with us. Client ended up completing the services herself and we still confirmed that everything was completed for her properly.
