Great and quick loan consolidation with Student Loans Pro. My personal loan expert Sye was very quick and informative with all the questions I had for consolidating my loans. He was very hands on with the process and followed up any time I needed assistance. I recommend this program for any person looking to build their credit and consolidate their loans to ONE low monthly payment. Great program for loan forgiveness. Even after I lost my job they were able to QUICKLY update my income preferences to reflect my monthly loan payments. God is Love.

I spoke with [redacted] numerous times. He gave me the run around. It was always one excuse after another. He told me ACS my student loan provider was a scam and he needed another form signed by me which as [redacted] knows, he never sent me. There was never no other form needed. I have processed my loan forgiveness papers and did I not need any other forms. I am requesting mine back and this business be investigated for taking money from me and many other people they have taken money from for no services rendered. They lie and take money from people. This was also done to my coworker and many others who have filed complaints with the Revdex.com.

I had questions and was upset when I called. Sye helped me understand the process (again) and let me know that the changes that were made is legit. I appreciate the help and have a better understanding of student loans in general.

The form needed to be signed to be for our processing department to finalize your application, this form was emailed to the client twice, first on 05/04/2016 at 2:04 pm PDT and then again on 05/04/2016 at 3:29 pm PDT. Our company processed the initial paperwork to lower her payment with her servicer, this repayment plan was approved on 02/09/2016. The process was not yet completed since we still needed the clients signature for the application.

Monet, the "counselor" who took me through the process summarized as we went, and told me that all the money I was giving them was going to my loans. She never said anything about fees. In total, I spoke with Monet for maybe half an hour. For most of that time, she was explaining how much interest my loans would accrue over the next 20 years, how much money I would actually pay, and how much would be forgiven. Nothing about the fees or account maintenance was ever explainer or even mentioned.
