Review: I was contacted by this company, which initially used a 1-800 phone number, then contacted again by the same company using a local number in my area, which is NC. The person calling sounded legit, and collected my student loan information, bank information, and personal financial information such as utilities, mortgage, dependent information, and more. Then near the end of a lengthy call finally disclosed an "enrollment fee" of 599.00, at that point I declined, and the person calling was very pushy about working with me, and dividing the "enrollment fee" over a few transactions. The caller was agitated with me when I was clearly not in agreement. I told them not to touch my bank account as I did not authorize this. It was told to me that this would not happen as no dates were set up. I had no idea this was a scam until that point, and the fact that the person calling was making small talk, and even put me on hold to use the bathroom. I know that some of these types of companies are being reported and this one needs to be added to the list as well.Desired Settlement: I would like in writing that they are not going to use my bank information, or access my student loan information ever again. I would like this for my records in the event any of my personal information becomes compromised.

Review: This company was able to access all my student loan information and had me convinced that they were a real company... They asked me for an initial $500 to help me get my student loans payment down and half of them forgiven... When I asked if they were affiliated with the department of education they said were not, but initially they told me they were that's why I went with it and gave them my bank information to start getting everything set up... When I had to do a recording at the end to confirm everything they were asking me all these questions to confirm and make sure I understood what they did and they specifically said they were not with the government or the department of education or anything, that they were just a private organization... That is when I told them that is not what [redacted] who was the representative initially told me, so I wanted to do some research on them... He said well we are accredited by the Revdex.com where they obviously are not... So this is some sort of scam... They had access to all my student loan information and even a PIN number I set up years ago... Please help me I do not want them stealing my identity or using my bank information... I never gave them permission at the end...Desired Settlement: I would like a letter stating that they will not use any of my personal or bank information and that they will take my name off their email and phone list...
