The part needed to be replaced and I think he should have done that for $service charge There is something not right when you come in and say a job is $and then go down to $if it was a job for $why were you trying to charge me $ I have read many blogs on line about Eagle over charging and I do not want them to come back out I want my money refunded so I can get a repitable plumber to come out and fix it

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] call our company for services due her water line leaking in her front yardWe sent our technician out to her home to repair the line that was leaking in the yard, when we made the repair the line was able to be fully pressurized and due to her having old pipes the line needed to be replaced which we explained and she understoodThe customer stated she didn't have the money to get it repaired because she said she only had $to her name so we offered to help her get financedOur technicians go through weekly trainings and we have a certain format that everyone followsIt's not our fault that [redacted] had more major plumbing issues and we can't devalue our services although we don't mind discounting our services to help outThe charges that the customer received were fair and completely transparentThanks

I did reply already I said I did not want them to send a plumber to my house as I prefer to get someone elseI felt I was taken advantage of by trying o charge me $ and then coming down to $and it not even being fixed As far as management saying he tried to call me I have caller ID on my phone at home with a message machine and caller ID at my office which messages go into email and there were no calls from him and that is why I called him twice before writing to Revdex.com Bottom line they didn't fix it and tried to over charge

Dear Revdex.com,We can have the same technician go back out so we can address the customer's concernWe also tried calling Ms*** to address her problem on 1/19/Also, our technician stated that he explained everything before doing the job which is our company standard and Ms*** agreed to
the pricing on the signed agreementThe technician also stated that tub would not drain due to the tub plunger being stuck, our technician removed the plunger to get the tub draining and was able to get the tub drainingThe technician stated that the tub plunger along with the lever still needs replacing which was also explained to the customer, this was also a service done after pm that we offer our customers for their satisfaction at no additional charge

Dear Revdex.com,I talked to Mr*** yesterday about his concerns and explained to him tat I would contact him once I have a talk with the technician to get his side of the story and I told him that I would give him a call back after the conversation, however due to meetings today I haven't had an
opportunity to call him back so therefore my office staff called and offered a discounted rateI noticed after the discount was given the customer still was not satisfied and proceeded to write a complaint after they agreed to the chargesI don't know where the mix up in communication happened, but I will talk to my staff to better our communication effortsI've already instructed my office to give a refund to the customer.Thanks

I do not want anyone from Eagle back to my house.  If it was unstopped why didn't it drain the next morning?  The part needed to be replaced and I think he should have done that for $140.00 service charge.  There is something not right when you come in and say a job is $300.00 and then go down to $140.00 if it was a job for $140.00 why were you trying to charge me $300.00.  I have read many blogs on line about Eagle over charging and I do not want them to come back out.  I want my money refunded so I can get a repitable plumber to come out and fix it

Dear Revdex.com, We did in fact rebuild go out to repair the customer's water heater. As explained to the customer normal procedure is to do a rebuild of the water heater to repair it. After rebuilding the water heater we explained to the customer that he needed an electrician, we also explained to...

the customer that we're not electricians. We did offer to send out an electrician at our expense, but the customer responded by stating that he repaired the electrical part of it after our technician told him what needed to be done.

Dear Revdex.com, We sent our technician Robert over to Mr. [redacted] rental property @ [redacted]5 on 3/28/2015 to unclog a kitchen sink drain line, and after hours of cabling the line to get it open [redacted] stated that he pulled roots out of the line and after that he went even...

further to investigate the situation and discovered that the pipe had spray foam in it. Robert called Mr. [redacted] and explained everything that was happening over there, I'm not sure of any estimated cost to repair the line that was given. Mr. [redacted] called a few weeks later requesting to get reimbursed for the pipe being repaired by another plumber. I feel that it's unfair that we went out there sent a lot of time to fix Mr. [redacted] plumbing problem which he had bigger problems that we informed him of and yet he doesn't feel that we should get paid for our time to tell him what was wrong with his plumbing.
