This business advertises on their website a "body wrap" and that it will do things it does not do: They say lose inches, tighten skin, etc. . Also, I I bought a product called "Fix" which does not work. My doctor said it would not help burn fat. I did a body wrap and saw no difference. They did not take measurements at the beginning of the appointment, so there is no way to verify if it worked.
After the $220 service, the woman said that I should come in every week. That’s just ridiculous and misrepresentation or failure to represent from my consultation. The service did NOT slim my body image, provide a look of instant body lift by tightening sagging skin, or lessen the appearance of cellulite. I did not lose inches as they said I would do. This is misrepresentation and I want 100% of my money back. I will not go back there gain. It was a waste of time and money. Their solution was to have me come back again.

Our body wraps has been successfully delivered for over 20 years in the valley and over 35 years by our parent company. This treatment has been successful at reducing unwanted inches off thousands of clients for decades. For customer service reasons only and per our email correspondence from May 16th, 2018, we have already issued a refund to the credit card used for the full amount that you had paid for the body wrap. You paid $190 for the body wrap, and that is what we refunded you. We have reached a resolution to this matter. Please see attached a copy of the refund receipt that was issued to you on May 16th, 2018.
