Summer Infant will make an exception and send the customer a replacement handheld unit that that customer needs. Please keep in mind for any future purchases that you might have it does have to be a Summer Infant authorized dealer. Customer will receive the replacement within 10 business days via [redacted].

I think in the future your company should look at the product not how much a person paid for the product. There are sales available and this should be taken into account not just the value that was paid. i do accept the new monitor but fee your business practice of replacing based on value is flawed and should be reexamined.Regards,

We apologize we no longer have the travel system available. I see a [redacted] prepaid label was emailed to you yesterday via Email. Once we receive the travel system back we will be more than happy to refund in the amount of 186.99 which is the amount on the receipt you emailed to us.

It is poor workmanship or defective parts to have the inner glass spider crack and shatter in that manner. There is no explanation as to why the functions arent working on the monitor either. Clearly sonething is wrong with this unit. We are just looking to get a new unit that works properly since we paid $300 fir it. Thank you.

Per the picture attached that you submitted to Summer Infant of the monitor physical abuse is not covered under the warranty. Summer Infant does offer a loyalty program to our existing customers only. You would receive a certain percentage off a brand new system of your choice.
