I am rejecting this response because:They always say this but nothing ever happens, the last time they sent me a picture of the form, which could never be signedHorrible company and will never buy from again

The customers request seams reasonable. I called and left a voice mail with the customer at the phone number listed

I shared in my previous email, I read the txt messages and the sales person was very clear about this was a one time offerCustomer came back went over the figures and decided to move forward We did not force him to buy the truck he could of changed his mind at anytime Our client purchased the truck at a great deal well below invoice, and once again it was his choice to come back knowing the deal was not on the table anymorePlease let me know if you have any other questions

I checked into this complaint. The customer does not have first day rental coverage. I verified we are not holding their vehicle hostage.

Sales person was very clear in regards to it was a one time offer only, even told the customer your more then welcome to try to obtain the same deal I doubt they will honor it. decided to purchase also the reference to the bed liner and floor mats I did not find anywhere in any correspondence where anything was promised.  Reading the txt customer stated (I like the truck just wondering if there is any help in those areas. Floor mats and smaller mirrors would make me feel very happy lol. and wish we could have worked a bed liner in the deal. We made arrangements with customer to get vehicle. We did all available flash updates for the back up cameras and proximity sensors. This will alleviate customer's concerns. Vehicle will be delivered back to customer.

I brought my car back to the Elk Grove service department today, 10-17-16, to be rechecked and repaired. I cannot say that my issue is resolved since I don't know if my car will be repaired correctly yet. It is true that I was given a rental car and I was assured that the car will be rechecked and fixed. So the matter is not resolved as of yet.
