I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

the vehicle, the pictures were just taken a couple of days ago after waiting for the dealership over one month.I took my vehicle in on Saturday 10/7/17 for the break problem, TERRIBLE SERVICE, waited by my vehicle 35 minutes before an adviser came out.  I had to go inside the office and talk to a manager about the bad service.  Finally an adviser came out and was able to help me get the paperwork going.  I picked up my vehicle at 4 pm, after I called the adviser and was told there is no issues with my break.  Took another 35 minutes to have my vehicle brought out after I picked up the paperwork from the cashier.Really bad service.   I do not accept the response from the dealership UNTIL MY PART HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND INSTALL.  Very disappointed with the service overall!!!!!!!!!!!!
