Summit Cabin Rentals

My family and I, 3 families spent a week at the Iron Mountain cabin over the 2024 holidays. Day 1: arrived at 5 pm and the cabin had not been cleaned yet. We weren't able to got in til 3 hrs after arrival. Still day 1, no water. Day 2: no water. We lost 1 1/2 days due to no water. Once water came back it was speratic at best. Could not wash clothes, shower or run the the dishwasher or hand wash dishes because we would lose pressure. We had to pick days to shower. THIS WAS RIDICULOUS! Worst customer service ever. They offered us a full refund but we had no where to go. The 3 families came from Florida and Wisconsin. EVERYTHING WAS BOOKED. Their excuse was that ALL of the cabins were on ONE WELL and the newer cabins had pools. WTF OVER? Don't waste your time. Based on the previous reviews this was a problem then and it was known by Summit. Find somewhere else to go. Don't waste your money. You'll get the runaround.

Great location. Very clean and well equipped cabin. Our stay was perfect. Summit Cabin Rentals provided top notch professional service and the housekeeping team was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!

I?ve been booking through Summit for years. We love their selection of cabins and they are awesome to work with. We go at least 4 times a year, more if we can, and it?s always a great experience. They make it easy to book and they are constantly adding new cabins to choose from. You can?t go wrong and it?s the perfect quick getaway for us! Crystal is awesome and Debbie as well!

We?ve had our cabin managed by 3 different management companies. We are managed by Summit Cabin Rentals for last five years. Their team is by far the best of all. The owners are top of the line and they have put the best team in place. Their office manager, Crystal is awesome; always communicating any issues and has them handled in the quickest manner. The inspection team is unlike any other management company we?ve experienced.

My husband and I rented a 1 bedroom cabin for our honeymoon. It was perfect for what we needed! The cabin had all the comforts of home with a beautiful view! Summit Cabin Rentals reservations made it easy to find what we wanted and book. So when we got to our cabin it was like walking into our own home. No messy paperwork, simple and easy! We even got free tickets to the local events, what a bonus for our honeymoon!

Summit Cabins are amazing. The person that I spoke with on the phone (Crystal *** done an amazing job explaining and booking the rental she was so helpful and during our stay if we had any questions or comcers we could call her and would get whatever problem that we may have taken care very quickly. Will definitely stay with them again and would highly recommended Summit Cabin...you will not be disappointed.

Summit is a great company. They treat us like people and not a number when they deal with me. They work hard to take excellent care of my cabin and are great partners in marketing the cabin effectively. They feel like family to me.
