We explained that the crack in the wall of the garage wall at the garage door railing was not a warrantable item It was not present at the time of walk through and by the looks of it occurred as a result of one their automobiles striking the garage door rail We are unaware of any cracked windowWe will go and inspect againBut after sending the window company to fix it previously they reported no crack I am unaware of any outstanding paint issueWhen we were there last all items were completed 4.The roof flashing was and has been repairedWe are unaware of any on going leak

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute summit custom homes built me a home that had problems from the start.it took holes in the sheet rock to fix the hot water that was going in the stool.brick wash only the lower part of the house I HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM TO GET A RESPONSE.I HAVE A HOME WARRANTY STRUCSURE THAT TOLD ME SUMMIT HOMES WAS RESPONiBLE FOR THE FIRST YEAR ALSO SUMMIT HOMES SAID I HAD A YEARS WARRANTY [redacted] PUT THE PUT THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN FOR SUMMIT HOMES.THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK AT IT AND SAID SOME OF THE HEADS NEED TO BE RAISED.I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A YEAR WARRANTY ON THE SYSTEMI HAVE NOT USED IT BECAUSE THER IS NO GRASS [redacted] WONT COVER IT BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK FOR SUMMIT HOMES ANY MORE I PAID AROUND AND I FEEL THEY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT THEY ALSO CHARGED ME WAY OVER THE APPRAiSAL PRICE.EVERY THING THAT THEY DONE WAS BECAUSE IT WASNT DONE RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE.I MOVED IN AROUND DECEMBER I WAS TOLD I HAD TO HAVE A WALK THROUGH EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE STILL WORKING THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX ANY THING THAT WAS WRONG I TRUSTED THEM BECAUSE THEY WENT TO CHURCH.THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO MEET A DEAD LINE SO THEY HURRIED EVERY ONE WORKING FOR THEM AND THEY MADE A MESS OF THINGS KEVIN ANDERSON WAS IN CHARGE OF THE BUILDING [redacted] HE DOES NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS.I WAS TOLD THAT THE ELECTRIC COMPANY WHO PUT IT IN DONE A TERRIBLE JOBTHAT THE NEW ELECTRIC COMPANY THAT FIXED THE PROBLEMS.STANDING WATER IN BACK YARD NEVER DID FIX IT.OTHER ITEMS STILL NOT FIXED.I WILL NEVER RECOMEND SUMMITT HOMES TO ANYBODY I SPENT MY LIFE LONG SAVINGS TO BUILD THIS HOMEI ONLY SIGN OFF ON THE HOUSE BECAUSE KEVIN ANDERSON TOLD ME I NEESED TO BECAUSE THEY HAD A DEAD LINE TO MEET.I TOLD HIM THE PEOPLE ARE STILL WORKING HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS ###-###-#### Regards, [redacted]

Everything covered by a warranty is taken care of Any additional issues do not fall under warranty

We've been out to inspect the driveway in question numerous timesEvery time we find nothing but cracking for a driveway There is and has been no evidence of any structural issues at all with the drivewayWe also had a third party inspect it as well and the same resultSo we will be taking no action on the driveway As far as the other items, due to customers demeanor, we decided to just reimburse him for the items in question, rather than continue to deal with unrealistic demands We will be taking no action on this as well If the customer insists on pursuing this, we will not be choosing the resolve with arbitration at the Revdex.com, we will instead choose to resolve in mediation with attorneys as outlined int the contract Thank You again, I have attached pictures of the driveway for your review [redacted] Summit Custom Homes

First off let us say we are sorry for your dogs misfortune Here at Bubble Tails we take pride in making sure we have a clean safe environment for all animalsWhen dog was dropped off the owner was out of town but we had a kennel attendant here like always to oversee boarded animalsthe kennel person already knew of dogs behavior and accommodations was per set for the dogs stayA Cage was per set up with a sign on front stating that the dog wasn't to have any bedding because of chewing problemWe keep records of all animals that enter our building and the folder also has in big red letters that the dog isn'tto have beddingNow if you read complaint carefully customer stated the owner signed a paper stating she was aware of the dogs problem witch is a bare face lie being that the attendant isnt leaglly allowed to doNothing has never been signed by anyone hereCustomer also states her dog has never chewed anything at her home, Then how does she know her pet does thisI tell you why, because the dog has chewed something at her home in the pastThis is why its such a big dealThe owner arrived back at shop on sunday the dog was fineMonday dog was bated and nails done before owner came for pick up and once again the dog was fineThere was no blood leaving the buildingthe dog has short hair so therefor no clipping is ever involved the the dog grooming process for her breed so therefore no objects that cut were used but the nail clippers in witch a filling tool was used instead and once again this was a lieYes the attendant was a little late because of car trouble in witch everyone in some point of their lives has ,including the customer herselfwe have been in contact with a few local vets to ask how long it would take for a dog to become sick after something like this happens and was told anywhere from to five daysCustomer say a week and a half passed before showing any kind of sickness and being that I know the dog had no bedding on sun or mon this would extend the time to almost days if dog had done this here dog would have been sick before leaving fro boardingSo this happened on owner of the dogs time not oursBeing all this said the owner of the dog had never once tried to contact us to even ask did the dog have bedding hereShe just blasted out von social media this actuation in witch our lawyer has informed us that legal action can be pursued and will be if it has affected us in any wayIt saddnes me that the whole thing has happened but most of all trying to knock down a business that has a great track record when it comes to anything like this, just because they can't afford vet billsWe have been advised not to have any other contact but this response Thank you in deep regretsBubble Tails

I am rejecting this response because:
We are excited to hear the builder has agreed to add some expansion joints to the drivewayThis will help, but it doesn't resolve our claimThere isn't any cushion sand and the rebar is on the ground instead of the halfway point of the concreteThe driveway was not poured properly and will ultimately failThis is compounded by the fact that the drainage from the yard is designed to come across the drivewaySo it's even more important that the driveway can handle the additional moisture and stressSo we DO NOT wish to close out the claim at this time because it doesn't fully resolve the issue and we fear that the builder will not add the expansion joints if we don't agree the claim is resolved. After speaking directly with the city inspectorhe informed me that he was told he missed a meeting with me, the builder, and the contractorThat meeting NEVER happened! When the city inspector was able to meet with the builderhe was informed I was not able to make itI was never invited! The city inspector also told me they agreed to add expansion joints to the driveway and the builders reply to the Revdex.com only states joints.This is further proof the builder is being deceitful! There is also a second part to our claimHe did not deliver SEVERAL items on our contractInsteadhe issued us a check against our willThe amount he provided would only cover about 1/the cost of the itemsWe would like him to deliver the contracted items and we will return his check. If the builder is not willing to re-pour the driveway and deliver the contracted itemswe would like to proceed with arbitration.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** never agreed to a price for the lot at Falcon Crest II The documents that *** *** has provided is not a binding document because it has not been signed by us Also, notice that his initials and the information that states that the earnest money is supposed to be used from the previous contract don't match the ink of the rest of the contract*** *** altered this document from its original form in an attempt not to give us our earnest money from the only contract that we signed with Summit Homes for the property at *** *** *** in Arlington.

We have been to the *** home numerous times to satisfy their complaints and are continuing to do so We have also replaced all of their cabinet doors.I have attached a copy of the Clean and Complete paperwork that the Jacksons signed off on prior to closing on their home.We do not feel
that this complaint is justified

We are not satisfied! None of the complaints have been resolvedOur stain on our cabinets is still very inconsistentSummit has not sent anyone out to restrain our cabinetsAlso, the complaint about the trim separating has not been resolvedWe will not be satisfied until these issues have been fixed, especially the stain on the cabinetsI have places on my cabinets that had tape on them and then it was stained over, the tape was removed, and there is NO stain at all

Mr***, Attached is the final survey for your home showing the drainage. As you can clearly see, the lot drains as it should from back to front. There is an average of 18" fall from back to front Based on our inspection of the lot behind you, it is apparent that their
back yard is draining into yours. I suggest you talk to the homeowner or their builder about a solution to that problem

Attached is the documentation showing that the the ***' agreed to move their earnest money deposit from the previous contract (of which we could not move forward on, as we could not acquire the Lot) to a lot hold deposit in the Falcon Crest communityAs you can see it was to hold lot We made it very clear at the time that the lot hold deposit like any earnest money was non-refundable Let me know if you need any additional infoor have any questions
