Petor from business called and stated that he would not being answering a second time He feels that he has answered the complaint and he would only repeat his response from the 1st time

To whom it may concern, At Sun Auto Warehouse we go above and beyond to provide our customers with a premium product and top notch customer service There are times that we do not exceed our customer's expectations, however, after owning a vehicle for almost months we cannot warranty unforeseeable repairs a vehicle indefinitely when warranties are available at the time of sale In this particular case, we have refunded the customer the cost of repairs in the interest of customer service In response to the portion of the complaint about the brakes on the customer's Jeep The brake rotors and pads were replaced at the time of sale and at the time of the repair in question both brake services were performed at no charge to the customer In closing, we are an upstanding company that prides ourselves on doing what is right within our community and day to day business practices.Tell us why here

Ms [redacted] purchased the vehicle with a retail price on line of $We discounted the price to $and allowed her $dollars for her Nissan Sentra with miles on itThese figures are consistent throughout all the paperwork involved with this transactionThese include the original buyers order and the Bill of SaleThe vehicle she purchased has an NADA retail book value of $ The customer has never questioned the deal she received to usI would be happy to review the paperwork with her

Customer purchased vehicle on 9/25/over a year ago at that time it was insured and titled to his girlfriend for insurance purposes, since then customer has separated with his girlfriend customer was shown copies of the paperwork, we also provided the customer forms so he can title the vehicle in his name at the dmv

We had the customer come in to view the trade and start the sale process, unfortunately the customers credit is not allowing her to purchase another vehicle at this time The customer stated this in her statement We would be willing to bring the vehicle to one of our body shops that we use for repairs to check for any frame damage on the vehicle

We have spoken to the consumer and they understand and is satisfied with the results The complaint has been resolved

I am sorry that this customer is unhappy with her purchaseI see nothing in the complaint that would warrant a replacement vehicleWe have reimbursed the customerf or a tire that was not operating properly

I have had my paperwork yet again reviewed, by a non competitor dealership and they suggested I seek an attorney for small claims as the listing selling price is higher than the NADA value of the vehicle by the amount close to that of my cash deposit. I have spoken to Ms [redacted] in regards to her complaintI explained that the lending institutions determine what rates are charged and what bureau scores are used not the dealershipWhile she was not pleased with the answer I believe that she understood that the rate charged was due to her particular circumstancesWe also discussed some options in regard to her own credit unionI gave her my contact information and encouraged her to contact me with any other concerns

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Fran stated "but we need you to purchase the pads."Fran also stated that the front rotors that were placed on my vehicle were "no good" and" the person who worked on your car has since been fired."Fran, Steve Sc***, and the general manager have all stated different stories in regards to this incident.Sun Autos Facebook Page has publicly accused me of signing paperwork declining front pads(See Attachment)I went to Sun Auto and requested a copy of this paperwork that I publicly signed, there was none.I'm asking Sun Auto to refund me the $for which I paid to have "no good" rotors installed on my vehicle.A Sun Auto employee messaged me regarding this issue stating that the employees at Sun Auto are crooks(See Attachment)I personally had to pay for Sun Auto's lies and mistakes.Before contacting the Revdex.com I tried to resolve this issue with Sun Auto.I'm not going to bother wasting my time if this is the way that Sun Auto conducts business.My next step will be contacting an attorney

The brakes do need to be replacedSun Auto told me the Rotors they put on were "no good"So I took my vehicle to a different place and I was told that my brakes were fine, but because my brakes are still squeeking, the only thing they can do is put new Rotors on because according to Sun Auto they
are "no good" and then see if that fixes the issueI would like a refund because I paid to have work done, and then I'm told they work that was done was "no good" and they won't allow me to use the warranty unless I purchase Pads from them (which I don't even need)Steve Sc*** Fromm Sun Auto even said I don't need Pads but Fran told me "we need you to buy the Pads."

*** *** Since the dealership is willing to even admit any responsibility with my vehicles repair issuesThen at the very least I believe I should be reimbursed for my trouble regarding all the issuesI have filed a complaint with the State Attorney GeneralIt is clear that this dealership does not care about customers following the sale.***

I do not feel comfortable with bringing my car to their body shopThey weren't up front about the history of the car to begin withAlsoI was under the impression that it was going to be an even tradeNot try to put me in a more expensive carMy credit has taken a hard hitI told them I didn't want my credit ran any more They continued to run it to the point I won't be able to get financed for anything for a long timeI sent them a estimate of what it would cost to make it right
