We have spoken to the consumer and they understand and is satisfied with the results.  The complaint has been resolved.

This vehicle has been repaired three times since I purchased it in November. The front wheel sensor, the windshield and both rear rotors. The wheel senor was repaired by Reymore Chevrolet in Central Square. My salesman, Mark Rupp, told me to go to the Sun Auto Service Center on Route 11 In Cicero. When I got there I was told they didn't work Chevy's there. The windshield had previously been repaired, so when I had damage to the windshield it couldn't be repaired. It was replaced by Safelite through my auto insurer. I wasn't told that the windshield had been repaired prior to purchase. Finally, both rear rotors were grooved and making a squeal. I took the car again to Sun Auto Service Center. I left the car overnight for repairs. I was told the rotors were fine but they had lubricated the calipers. Angry, I went to Drivers Village, Advance Auto and Reymore Chevrolet. All three places told me the rotors were bad and needed to be replaced. Again, thanks to Reymore Chevrolet the repairs were completed at their dealership. I have documentation if you need it.Thank you,Melissa

I have had my paperwork yet again reviewed, by a non competitor dealership and they suggested I seek an attorney for small claims as the listing selling price is higher than the NADA value of the vehicle by the amount close to that of my cash deposit.

While they did replace a tire, and reimburse me for the tire after they were informed about the broken windshield all the remaining issues had to be completed by Reymore Chevrolet. I don't think that  within 4 months I should have encountered any of these problems. I also think that Sun Auto should have taken responsibility for the repair problems.[redacted]

I have no desire to go point by point on this matter. I spoke with the customer and made several attempts to contact him as we agreed I would but with no response from the customer. I have instructed our people to remove him from our contact program as I stated in my previous response. The business called and stated that they did tell the consumer that the rotor were no good and that they would replace them under warranty, and advised him that maybe he should put on pads also.  They claimed that they did not tell the consumer that if he did not buy the pads from them that they would not cover the rotors.  He also stated that the employee that no longer works there had nothing to do with the repair of the consumer's vehicle.  Since the consumer has already fixed their vehicle, they will not be a refund.

Our Policy is clearly listed as per Dept. of Motor Vehicle regulations.  Refund policy is also on buyers order whick customer signed.

The 5000 was applied to the deal and lowered the amount financed.

I am sorry that [redacted] is unhappy. I have reviewed the records in regards to her vehicle. I noticed that she failed to mention the reimbursement we made to her for a tire that was damaged after delivery. Regardless I see nothing that would warrant or require the replacement of her vehicle.

We had the customer come in to view the trade and start the sale process, unfortunately the customers credit is not allowing her to purchase another vehicle at this time.  The customer stated this in her statement.  We would be willing to bring  the vehicle to one of our...

body shops that we use for repairs to check for any frame damage on the vehicle.

Customer purchased vehicle on 9/25/2014 over a year ago at that time it was insured and titled to his girlfriend for insurance purposes, since then customer has separated with his girlfriend customer was shown copies of the paperwork, we also provided the customer forms so he can title the vehicle...

Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle with a retail price on line of $13944. We discounted the price to $12990 and allowed her $4000 dollars for her 2008 Nissan Sentra with 108730 miles on it. These figures are consistent throughout all the paperwork involved with this transaction. These include the...

original buyers order and the Bill of Sale. The vehicle she purchased has an NADA retail book value of $13575.
The customer has never questioned the deal she received to us. I would be happy to review the paperwork with her.

unforeseeable repairs a vehicle indefinitely when warranties are available at the time of sale.  In this particular case, we have refunded the customer the cost of repairs in the interest of customer service.  In response to the portion of the complaint about the brakes on the customer's Jeep.  The brake rotors and pads were replaced at the time of sale and at the time of the repair in question both brake services were performed at no charge to the customer.  In closing, we are an upstanding company that prides ourselves on doing what is right within our community and day to day business practices.Tell us why here...

Petor from business called and stated that he would not being answering a second time.  He feels that he has answered the complaint and he would only repeat his response from the 1st time.

I am sorry that this customer is unhappy with her purchase. I see nothing in the complaint that would warrant a replacement vehicle. We have reimbursed the customerf or a tire that was not operating properly.
