This lady is crazy, she purchase this washer new two and a half years agoThe first time we did a service call was about a year ago just a couple of months out of warranty, and found nothing wrong with the washer at that timeAbout a year later she called again it was September we went out to check the washer and discovered that the water pump was bad we advice her of the cost to repair it $She agreed to payShe informed us to order the pump, few days later after we fix itThen she called to inform us that she found out that the pump for only $on the internet.She wanted to know why we charger her $to repair itWe advice her that was our costI am sending you a copy of what an average cost is to fix these item this guidebook nationwide.We can't go by what the part go for on the internet, we advice customer of the cost of the item and the repairs if they want it fix it is total up to themBut they are aware of the total amount before service is doneIn this case she was aware of the cost and repairs.Sincerely,

I thought the Revdex.com was supposed to protect consumers from corrupt companies like thisThe initial call came out to *** *** *** ***They never came to our home, rather they contracted it out to Sun City Appliance which they consider to be a sister companyThey came out and inspected it and came back three days later to install a new computer boardThis did not work so we called back in and they never showed up on time the first time and made excuses why they could not be thereThey ended up coming out another day and the two gentlemen who worked on our refrigerator took a part our freezer and stated that the coils on the back of the refrigerator were frozen, which I could see that they were frosted overThey stated that this can sometimes keep air from going to the refrigeratorIt made perfect sense; therefore, I agreed and they used a warmer to thaw these coilsIt was then that they hit wires or something electrical which caused sparks to flyThey stated that this was perfectly and nothing to worry aboutA few days to a week later, the temperatures again changed, this guy came out and stated he put in a new computer board and it seemed to workThis company is so unorganized that they are making up stories or getting me confused with another clientI don't want them to come back to my home ever againWho in the right mind would want someone like this to come to their home while they are lying and threatening me by saying they will charge me for screwing up my refrigeratorThese are just not good business practices.Regards,*** ***

What this customer did was He would call Sun cities Appliance and tell us on story then call *** * *** and tell them a different storyAt one point *** * *** went out and didn't find nobody homeBut because the customer lived close to our store they give us the service callWe did go
out and looked at His refrigerator, But found nothing wrong He had moved the temperature controls to the wrong settingWe Put them in the right setting, He told our technician that the refrigerator would change temperature every once in a while, which that can not happen unless there is something wrong with the refrigerator in which we found nothing wrong at that time only that the temperature was set wrongHe called us again the second time He wasn't home we left a door hanger the third time we advice Him that if we went out and found nothing wrong with the refrigerator we would charge Him a service call because it is considered a call He refuse to have us go out there and refuse to payI will go out there again BUT if there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator He will have to pay for the call.I can not tell or make my technician make up a problem just because the customers insist that they know more than my technician and they refuse to believe that there is nothing wrong with there appliances.And lets us not forget the food lost there was no food lost when we were there, or even food been lost at allIt seems to me that every time something goes bad on a refrigerator everybody seems to have $To $worth on food in there refrigerator, Isn't that funny that everybody has that much food in stock at the time the refrigerator goes bad!

Where to begin with a response. [redacted] you are a LIAR. First scratch and dent from [redacted] or [redacted] does not mean used broken appliances. No where on the receipt does it say used anything. It says ss what ever that means to you. 90 warranty provided. Which would be great if you provided someone to show up and actually do any warranty work.Second note. According you your response all used appliances have serial numbers removed. So why is it that the broken stove has a full serial number? Looks like you have employees who don't do the job they said they did yet again. Photo provided to prove you lie. See attachment 1.Need I say more.Third you stated that the first time we called you was on December 10 2014. Per our phone records by the time you where called on the 10th that was the 17th time we had contacted you from Oct. 25th 2014 to Dec 9th 2014. See attached files with phone records. Buy the time a call was placed to you December 10th. we had already waited 3 days in early Nov because the Stove was shooting flames and displaying F10. Remember maybe the phone records will help. Attached is a picture of the tape your employee put on it for a quick fix. You also sent your same employee out in November 5th after 5:30 pm. At that point he informed me I needed a new water heater. Then he left. The next time I ran the dishwasher you were called immediately.  (its hard to get to dishes dirty when you have a stove that will not cook anything duh). Which was on December 1st. from the 1st to the 10th I was told a new lie everyday by your mouth. Blah blah hes stuck on a compressor in Phoenix. Blah blah Im to stupid to know how to dial a number. Blah blah he is 15 min away from your house. Blah Blah hes still working on a compressor. Wow you have a lot of broken compressors to fix. Well according to you the call on the 10th was the first you had ever heard of anything. So yes on the 10th you actually sent not only one non English speaking men at 6 pm but 2 of them to my house. The stood over the dishwasher together for less then 5 min showed me some change in his had and left. FYI he didn't put the drain back on the dishwasher properly. The dishwashing this house for years never had a problem. And how dare you say I stick pennies in my dishwasher you evil liar.When the dishwasher was ran again on December 30th you were called immediately and informed that your employee had not replaced the part and it had melted. See time dated pictures [redacted] they have also been included. While I was sitting at home waiting for your employee to do his typical no call no show I tried to boil water to make my tea. At that point the stove blew up again. Fyi The stove blew up on Jan 5th 2015 if you can count and I know I can that is 6 days of no call no shows. You were called at 7:56 am and a 2 min message explaining that the stove had blown up again and again F10 was told to you. I called back and was was told someone would be there from 1-4.  Bottom line Yes on the 7th of January I didn't call you a  sg bh. I didn't not lie about anything. You never attempted to live up to your warranty. You never attempted to do one single honest thing. You are evil and karma will find you .My resolution. We have added another month and a half of my life dealing with this  devils  bull crap. I would like to see her business shut down and her to wear sandwich sign 8 hours a day and walk around busy roads. The sign should state I am evil I steal from the elderly, and I am to stupid to remember what lies it tell.[redacted]

Friday December 30th the tech came out to replace fan evap motor I waited 1 1/2 hours for refrigerator to cool before I went to  business to complain that the issue had not been fixed. 1 hour after the tech left, temperature did not move from 65 degrees. When I stated this to the manager at the store, I was told that I would take more few more hours for it cool down to temp. But for the temperature not to move at least 1 degree cooler in hour, would mean it would have to run for a total of 27 hours or longer just to get it to the proper temperature to store food. When I told the woman manager that all I wanted was what I paid for, I told her that I wanted to exchange it for one that did work. She told me that she had a refrigerator to replace mine for delivery on Tuesday 3rd in the morning. I agreed. Tuesday January 3rd at 11:00 AM called asked if they were delivering fridge, manager said sorry but that she didn't have anything on hand to send me, that they receiving a delivery on Thursday and she would see if she had anything then and give me a call. I waited until the 5th and NEVER received a phone call from anyone. This entire time of going back and forth the refrigerator never reached 38 degrees, never even got below 60 degrees. I took matter into my own hands and found parts where I was able to purchase a thermistor and main control board along with the shelf and water paddle dispenser the tech broke when diagnosing the refrigerator. I paid handy man to come out, diagnose and put in the parts that I had purchased. I had no problems with any back order. As they said in the last statement that they would be "more than happy to pay" for the parts if I found them myself, attached is the invoice for the items purchased and delivery confirmation just to get the refrigerator to work. I would definitely like to be reimbursed for my purchase. Actions speak louder than words!

We did sell this refrigerator to [redacted] on March 18, 2014. But we only give out a three month warranty it noted in her invoice, and we give no exceptions. We can not keep track on the warrant base on the time you live here. I don't believe nobody does that, it's like buying a car...

and driving it for two month, then a year later your car brakes down and you call your auto company where you purchase your car and advice them that your car is broken, but you only drove it for two month within that year. It only has one year warranty regarding how long you drove it for. The warranty is only for that period of time!We do sometime go out and service an appliance that is out of warranty at no charge. But charge the customer for the part only. But never have we extended our warranty base on the time you live here.If Ms. Klein, called another company out to check the refrigerator besides us that her choice not ours. We have no idea who this company is Sun City Affordable Appliance Repair Company we have no connection with them at all. Why would call them, to ask them, what the problem was, when I could have sent my technician out myself to check the refrigerator. And for her to state that we went out there and didn't know w t we were doing is crazy. We have nothing on file or records that she called us for any service during the three month period. Her husband did come in December 2014 to inform us about the refrigerator not working but it was out of warranty. We did offer to go out thereat no charge, but He refused He also informed us at that time that it was the compressor, because that what He was told by the other repair company. If the customer would have been more correct in there statements and not male up this all allegations about us we could of help them but, when they make up these story just so they can get something fix without money out of pocket is wrong!I hope that this customer understands that we work with our customers just as long that they be truthful with us.Sincerely,

Ms [redacted]  am truly sorry with this issue , but you are not been told the truth by your daughter on what she did outside our store that day. We would have done the refund and picked up the refrigerator but that little drama act your daughter did was uncalled for. Also all the BS she is writing about doesn't make it any better. I will consider the  refund but I will only deal with you and not your daughter. If this is agreeable  I will call you and set the time and day. fixing this house.As you can see our invoice (enclose) she bought used therefore all serial numbers are remove from our appliances. Our Outlet Company does the removal of all serial numbers at the warehouse. This is how all our appliances come in without any serial number. [redacted] called us on December 10, 2014 for the first time to inform us that the dishwasher wasn't working, she also gave us a phone number of [redacted] her phone was disconnected or not working we had to call her mother at work to get in touch with her to let her know we were on our why. We get there her not there, so we left her a sorry miss u call on her door. A couple of hours later she calls us using all kinds of profanity on the phone, we advice her that we did not tolerate that language she needed to speak to us vvithout the profanity.We make arrangements to go out the next days, and we found pennies inside her dishwasher PENNIES inside the dishwasher they were stuck on the pump, she had noclue how they got there. And as for the range she never mention anything about it to us Not even when our teclmician was out there removing her pennies out of her dishwasher. [redacted] called us on Wednesday but to call us names use profanity again, then  screaming on the phone that she wanted these appliances pick up and wanted her money back, But she did mention to us that she. would get her money back by all means, because she would make these appliances look so bad after she recorded them just to get her money back. She also mentions that she would get another applian.ce company to check them out after she got done with. them to prove her point, that these appUances were defected.We strive in keeping our customer happy so they can come back but when they lie over and over th.ere really no point in trying to keep them. When we delivered Mr. D[redacted] called and said the door shelve was cracked and asked if we can replace it. We said no problem and ordered it through APD in Phoenix. After a few...

days Mr. D[redacted] called and said be noticed that the refrigerator was not working properly. We sent out our tech out first thing in the morning due to Mr. D[redacted] work schedule. Our tech put in an evap fan and told Mr. D[redacted] that it will be a few hours to cool completely down. The tech had to pull out the freezer bottom door completely off along the baskets. The tech worked on the refrigerator for about 45 minutes, so naturally the refrigerator is going up in temp from it not being sealed due to the tech having to work on it. After the tech put the evap fan, freezer baskets and door back together the temperature of the refrigerator went up significantly. Tech told Mr. D[redacted] he was done putting in the part and it will take a few homs to cool completely down to proper temp. As the tech left Mr. D[redacted] home he noticed Mr. D[redacted] right behind him. Our tech came into our office to let us know the work order was completed; Mr. D[redacted] walked him right behind our tech stating that the refrigerator was not cooled down and that it was at 64 degrees. We explained to him itwas going to be a few hours due to the freezer door being off for 45 min. He then askedfor an exchanged, due to the refrigerator not cooling after just being there 10 min ago.We explained to him we cannot do that and will not do that, it has been working fine. Wedo still need to get him the parts we did promise and will deliver as soon as they come in from GE. He is more than welcome to call our parts department to confirm that they are on back order or another parts company. If he happens to locate them someplace else we are more than happy to pay for them.

there, the refrigerator was working fine and the temperature was right. No food was spoiled and the refrigerator was in working order. She called us again that the refrigerator was not working and she wanted her money back and we told her NO! Unless there is something wrong with the refrigerator we could not do anything. She yelled at us and told us to pick it up and test it ourselves. She said the refrigerator would turns off  and everything would deforest. So we picked it up on Tuesday and tested it for four days we even recorded it. There is nothing wrong with the refrigerator it works fine. When we called her on Thursday, I told her that I couldn't give her a refund because there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. She started yelling and demanding her money. This lady doesn't seem to have the medical issues she claims. She is very loud demanding person and very rude when she speaks. She yells at me on the phone the entire time. Her husband is a very sweet understanding gentleman. They both came in on Saturday to pick up the refrigerator and we showed them the temperature. We offered to show them the recording of the refrigerator and they decline to see them. And as far as arguing with. us, she's the one that keep yelling at us demanding her money back, if anything she should be ashamed of herself for behaving badly.We do not give back refund just because you don't want the item anymore or after you use it for almost three months or because you decide to get a different one. Sham on you! Review: A few months ago we called [redacted]. They eventually contracted the work out of a subsidiary Sun City Appliances which I believe the own. The first initial action was that they were friendly and came out to the home to diagnose the problem with both our GE Refrigerator and Dryer. The technician stated that he would have to come back a few days later on a Monday to install the necessary parts. He came back on Monday and supposedly fixed both the refrigerator and dryer. The dryer was fixed; however, the issue with the refrigerator was not resolved.

We called in and advised [redacted] that the problem was never fixed and that the temperatures on both the refrigerator and freezer continued to fluctuate and we failing to cool. She mentioned that she would not be able to get someone out there till around 4. 4 o'clock came and went and we never heard anything back from them. They mentioned that they had an emergency with one of the technicians children and were unable to come out. They said they would get someone out as soon as possible. The next day still nothing happened. It almost seemed as though they lost our paperwork because they always ask where we lived and what the problem was. In addition, they mentioned that they never had paperwork stating that they came to our home to make the repairs. I called both the main campus [redacted] and Sun City Appliances. This seemed to get them working a little faster as we felt we were getting the runaround. Eventually, we had two technicians at our home.

These two technicians mentioned that they were out to fix the refrigerator and that it was based on someone else who told them what he thought the problem was. They did not diagnose it this time they simply went off this other persons opinion. They said it could be 1 of 3 different items. I said okay. They were in the freezer and they were using some sort of tool that warms up the coils to get the frost and ice off the coils. I guess this can cause the refrigerator from getting appropriate cooling needed. This made sense. They were in there using the warmer and then sparks began to fly around in the freezer as they were fixing it. They stated that they got too close to something which caused this. I am not exactly sure what happened because I am the customer.

It has been roughly two weeks now since they came out and the same problem is continuing to persist. The refrigerator/freezer is not getting appropriate cooling. We can see on the temperature gauge that it is getting warmer. We called this morning and they stated that they were going to get another technician out there and he has still showed up when they said he would be out there immediately. This company seems to have no urgency when it comes to customer service. We have a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 children. You can only imagine the amount of food that has spoiled and the inconvenience of time taken off of work for them to come to the house and not show up. It seems as though the ball is in our court most of the time as we have to call and make sure they are coming. They are unorganized, customer service is not great when it comes to explaining what is being repaired and they do not show up when they say they will.Desired Settlement: My wife and I are requesting a refund in the amount of a new refrigerator. If this cannot be completed, we would like a refund for the amount of the repairs completed $200 and the costs of the food that spoiled which was roughly in the amount of $200.

What this customer did was He would call Sun cities Appliance and tell us on story then call [redacted] and tell them a different story. At one point [redacted] went out and didn't find nobody home. But because the customer lived close to our store they give us the service call. We did go out and looked at His refrigerator, But found nothing wrong He had moved the temperature controls to the wrong setting. We Put them in the right setting, He told our technician that the refrigerator would change temperature every once in a while, which that can not happen unless there is something wrong with the refrigerator in which we found nothing wrong at that time only that the temperature was set wrong. He called us again the second time He wasn't home we left a door hanger the third time we advice Him that if we went out and found nothing wrong with the refrigerator we would charge Him a service call because it is considered a false call He refuse to have us go out there and refuse to pay. I will go out there again BUT if there is nothing wrong with the refrigerator He will have to pay for the call.I can not tell or make my technician make up a problem just because the customers insist that they know more than my technician and they refuse to believe that there is nothing wrong with there appliances.And lets us not forget the food lost there was no food lost when we were there, or even food been lost at all. It seems to me that every time something goes bad on a refrigerator everybody seems to have $200.00 To $500.00 worth on food in there refrigerator, Isn't that funny that everybody has that much food in stock at the time the refrigerator goes bad!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.LIES! LIES! LIES! I thought the Revdex.com was supposed to protect consumers from corrupt companies like this. The initial call came out to [redacted]. They never came to our home, rather they contracted it out to Sun City Appliance which they consider to be a sister company. They came out and inspected it and came back three days later to install a new computer board. This did not work so we called back in and they never showed up on time the first time and made excuses why they could not be there. They ended up coming out another day and the two gentlemen who worked on our refrigerator took a part our freezer and stated that the coils on the back of the refrigerator were frozen, which I could see that they were frosted over. They stated that this can sometimes keep air from going to the refrigerator. It made perfect sense; therefore, I agreed and they used a warmer to thaw these coils. It was then that they hit wires or something electrical which caused sparks to fly. They stated that this was perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. A few days to a week later, the temperatures again changed, this guy came out and stated he put in a new computer board and it seemed to work. This company is so unorganized that they are making up stories or getting me confused with another client. I don't want them to come back to my home ever again. Who in the right mind would want someone like this to come to their home while they are lying and threatening me by saying they will charge me for screwing up my refrigerator. I don't feel we owe this customer anything His hole attitude in this matter in not correct. If he would just state the truth we would not be writing this response. I am sorry he feels that we owe him something, but we have done nothing wrong, the times we were there we never saw food lost. The times that we were there we resolve the matter. We would not hit the coils or make sparks come out we have are But as many years that we have been in business I think I have heard everybody state that they have a least $200 thru $500.00 worth of food in there ref. WE tried to resolve this matter with the customer but when they start threaten us with Revdex.com everything else that when we stop. we know that no matter what we do or say they just want something for nothing. I do reach out after a service calls to my customer but [redacted] was very out spoken in his word. And to think that the customers is always right, even when they are wrong is incorrect the Revdex.com is to protect people who are getting the short end of the stick including the merchant, the Revdex.com does everything to protect the customer and the merchants.

I believe this business practices bait and switch. I picked out stackable washer/dryer in excellent condition, but what I got was a machine 13yrs old, very dirty, scratched and dented. Had them pick this up and the next machine I got had the serial numbers and all identifying numbers scratched off. I think they run a fraudulent business. The owner assured me that all machines were 2-3 yrs. old and floor models from [redacted], etc. Really? So how did I end up with a 13 yrs old machine and then the next one with all identifiable numbers scratched off?
