Zen Green cbd keep sending me products I never ordered and charged my debit card for them. Customer service # is fake. No one will respond.May 20,202
Zen Green cbd has no way to contact them and talk about resolving this issue. They customer service number on there web sight told me they have nothing to do with Zen Green. I sent back the first product and they sent it right back to me in same package. Then sent me another product. It looks like they have many names and this is fraud. What they're do in against the law. I just want to resolve this and get my money back and talk to them about this.

I would like them to stop sending products that could be contaminated and stop charging me. And refund my money.$179.85

Stay away from Zen Green and their parent company. They are a bunch of crooks. I ordered a "free" bottle of their CBD oil. I was billed $99.95. When I called them I was told that I had two weeks to call them from receipt and tell them I did not want the product or I would be billed. That is in some very fine print. Clearly a scam company. I would also say the product was useless. Buyer beware.

I purchased a sample CBD Oil for $4.99 shipping only,on a website. I received on my Master Card charges for additional products that I did not order, with the exception of the CBD Oil. I did not order Brain Fueled for $99.95, Jointvitality book for $19.93, and Dermis Fab Serum for $99.95. I did not order these products nor did I receive these products. I called the reference numbers on my statement, which was three different numbers, and learned that all of the products was related to the same company. Brain Fueled 844-627-0528, Jointvitality 855-768-9899, and Dermis Fab Serum 844-467-2718. They are Scam Artist and need to be investigated. I have reported the charges to my Master Card and they are investigating them also.

Other (requires explanation) All though my credit card company is investigating the matter, these people need to be monitored for the transactions they are taken upon themselves to fraudulently use someones credit card number without permission. I want them to credit my account for the charges of $219.81. They are Scammers and need to be exposed and put out of business.

I don't even know what I supposedly ordered, they keep charging my credit card every month. Give my money back, stop charging me!
I don't even know what I supposedly ordered from them. It's listed on my credit card bill as a recurring charge of $12.39. The first charge was on December 17, 2019 as Green Vibe Nutrition and there has been a charge every month since then. I don't have anything I purchase on an ongoing basis like that except for two magazines, (and that is yearly). I had purchased some CBD oil from a company called Sunset Novelties in West Park, FL through Groupon at about the same time, but this isn't even on the same credit card I used for that purchase. (I only received one shipment of two jars for $37.00 and I do NOT want more). I am attaching a copy of the invoice from Groupon. The other charges have been on my Barclay Visa card and I am trying to reach them to stop paying it. I called the number listed on the credit card statement got a recording then it rang and rang. GREEN VIBE NUTRITION 888-758-7167 AL. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do.

On or about March 13, purchase product, returned it and asked for refund of which I have not received
On or about Feb 28th, 2020 I order online the product Zen Green CBD Oil. The ad said $ 6.95 a bottle which I used my credit card to make the purchase and the money was taken from my account under the name Brain Fueled on this date. On March 13th, 2020 a company named Source Natural withdrew $ 99.95 from my account.. When I contacted my bank about this presumed fraudulent withdrawal they gave me a phone number for this company which I called. This number led me to an answering service for the company. When I spoke with the representative there she told me to return the product which I did to this address along with my name and mailing address ( Zen Green CBD Oil P.O. Box 4800 Scottsdale AZ 85261 ) and they would refund my money, which I did. As of April 25, 2020 I have received no refund or any correspondence from this company.

I only ordered CBD Oil, received 4 different CHDs and was billed.
I am using the Tampa,FL address for Zeen Green. I received the products with packing list. The address was P O BOX 52113, Phoenex, AZ 85072-2113. Revdex.com did not accept that address, so I chose Tampa.
I searched Zeen Green on Revdex.com site and found the list of companys under Sun Raised Heath which included Sun Green.
My complaint is similar to Revdex.com posted Patern of Complaints and Ad Reviews.
Add offered a free intro bottle of CBD Oil with pay for shipping.
3 Other items were listed, but I only wanted and ordered only the free Oil.
I was billed for all 4 items and received all 4. I called customer service at 256 998 7836 and spoke to a lady named Kris. I told her I did not want those other products and was assured that I would be credited. My bank statement showed that I was credited for 2 of the 3 unwanted items. Kris also stated that she would send me an email showing the credits, never received it.
on 3/17/20120 I received an email from [email protected] . Dear ***, thank you for you Zen Green CBD purchase . Your CBD Gummies Bottle T will be on the way shortly. Charges will show up as Dermis Fab Serum.
I called again and talked with Kris. Explained thay I did not want any of these products and wanted a refund and stop sending me any more products. Again she said she would take care of it and would send me an email. I told her I did not receive the previously promised email. she assured me that I would receive this one immediately. Never received it. I told her that I was making a complaint with my bank, which has my charge card.I contacted my bank, USAA Bank, and cancelled the card on 4/7/2020 and they are disputing charges.
As in your AD Review, I was obviously enrolled in a monthly subscription of CBD products and expect that I will receive more intems in the mail as my bank stated that the new posting, this time being Nature Remedy for $99.95 will be contested after it is goes from Pending to Deducted from my account.
The original bank statement for my charge card, showed 4 different companies charging me.

It appears from your postings, that this Unfair Practice has been going on for some time and that there is little you can do except report these unfair practices.

This is a total SCAM!!! Ordered an introductory bottle of CBD oil for $6.95 and answered NO to every other question asked on the way to trying to check out but still got charged for a bottle of CBD gummies that they put in my cart. Then before even receiving the product received an email confirming my subscription and charges for $99.95 and $59.95. Called customer service today and after indicating that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com for their fraudulent practices, she talked to a supervisor who said as a one time courtesy they would refund me the money. Checked my credit card statement and they have refunded the money. DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

Can't take the pills and didn't order more, nothing in the ad said anything about subscription.
I saw the ad with Dr. Oz and wanted to try a sample, I never signed up for a subscription. The pills made me constipated and sick to my stomach so I never finished the sample, then on 3/19/2020 I got a notification from my credit card that it was charged $91.84 I called the company the straighten out the problem but my first call I spoke with John he said he cancelled the order but couldn't give me a refund, gave me a conformation#XXXXXX and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Ronald and after going back and forth between his manager and myself multiple times I couldn't understand what he said I tried to ask him to repeat what he said but he hung up on me. I tried calling 3 more times and I get hung up on. All I want is for people to know what kind of company this is and to get my money back.

Can't cancel the product or cancel charges to Credit Card. You can't talk to anyone.

Request to cancel SunRaised Capsules subscription was not effective.
I initially purchased SunRaised CBD oil under a promotion. I was out of the country the following month (November, 2019) when I was billed for and sent CBD capsules. When I was notified by email of billing for another shipment 12/8/2019, I immediately called and cancelled what turned out to be a subscription enrollment and was assured that it would be cancelled immediately and no more shipments would take place. Today, 1/7/2020, I received another e-invoice for another shipment. They are now using a different billing company and billing under a different name each month so my credit card company can't block the charge automatically. I attempted to send an email to the address in the email and it was bounced back as "no such address found." Attempts to reach them by phone are met with 45 minutes of redialing and always "The line is busy." I will be disputing this charge when it shows up on my credit card, but don't want to end up in some sort of collections dispute.

I would like the subscription to be cancelled and no further contact by the business or any of their billing services. I would also like the charges for the bill of 1/7/2020 to be cancelled and postage prepaid for a return of the product if the shipment cannot be stopped.

My credit card was charged 4 times for the same amount for products I never received. All 4 charges were from different names and different phone numbers. The first one was from California and the second one was from Il. I called the California number and asked what product I had ordered. They couldn't find me or my order and said they would email me within 48 hours. I called the Illinois number and got the same person. I was told the exact same thing in that call, too. I got charged twice more for the same amounts again. I have a dispute with my credit card company and they are working on it. I just received a product and another charge. I had not received any products prior.

I ordered the CBD capsules and oil for a one time shipping fee of $6.95. About 6 weeks later they charged me $99.95!
On September 14th, I ordered the CBD oil and tablets. The add stated that I would be charged a one time fee of $6.95. Then on October 31st I was charged $99.95! I called today and the company said that if I didn't cancel the order within 14 days I was charged $99.95 for shipping!! That was not stated anywhere and when I questioned the man about it, he hung up on me. I have been in the hospital 7 times in 4 months and haven't worked since the middle of September. I don't have any income and definitely do not have the money to pay for this ridiculous charge. Please help me.

Misleading ad basically tricking one into signing up for a program...
With regard to Sun Raised (dba ZEN GREEN 877-3510791 CD). Splashy on-line site invites free trial of CBD. There are 13 screens on first page. At the bottom of numerous screens is a disclaimer under "TERMS PRIVACY POLICY CONTACT US" heading stating it is not FDA approved. The heading is in black type and does not appear to be a link; however if one clicks on the Terms there are statements indicating that this is not a free sample and unless you call them you are enrolled in a monthly program. On 11/10/19 and 12/12/19 I received charges $94.95 on my Visa card. I contacted the above Zen Green number and several times politely requested that the charges be removed. The request was refused each time. I received a counter offer of a discount if someone else in the household would like to have the products sent to them. I refused. I was told I would receive a confirmation email that my account was closed. Email has not yet been received.

The advertisement was fraudulent. The product was said to be "free" and only shipping was to be 6.95 for oil and 7.95 for capsules.
On 9-5-19 I signed up for a free sample of CBD oil. The only charge was to be a $6.95 shipping amount. The ad also offered a second sample of CBD capsules for an additional $7.95 shipping charge. I received both products and as of today have not used any of them. Both of these charges appeared o my bank statement at he end of the month. On 11/21/19 I was reviewing my bank statement from Oct. and saw that on 10-15-19 I was charged $99.95. I called the phone number listed on my statement on 11-21-19 and spoke to someone named George. He said that I agreed to future purchases since I hadn't called to cancel. He said I should have read the fine print. I cancelled all future orders. 5 days later I received another shipment. I called again and was told that I was charged another$99.95 on 11-14-19. I refused the package from the mail man and noted "return to sender".

One the 11th of November, this company charged my Visa $99.95 for products and or services I did not order NOR have I received.
After signing up for a free trial and paying for the shipping and handling, the following month on Novmeber 11th, my visa card was charged $99.95 for products and or services I did not order NOR did I receive.

The return to my Visa account in the amount of $99.95 for product and or services I did not authorize, in the amount of $99.95.

Tried their email address for customer service and it's not available. Auto charge not authorized by me. Cancel all further orders.
The Sun Raised company isn't honest in their business practices. I purchased the GBD sales add endorsed by Dr. Phil. This is a bogus add to get my money from Auto refills which I didn't endorse. Was charged $89.95 from my Master card. I tried the email address to cancel all further auto refills but is bogus. I need help to stop any further charges on my credit card.

FRAUD! I received two shipments of their products by mail. After the second shipment I attempted to contact the company as I did not order these product (I assumed the first shipment was a free sample). Their "invoice" had a non working contact number and I was unable to track this down. It wasn't until I received an "order confirmation" email from them that I was finally able to track them down. "For any questions about your Order, Customer Service can be reached at 877 411 0193
The charge will appear on your billing statement as NEW HEALTH" . When I called 877 411 0193 I was told they do not do refunds but would be happy to give me 35% off my next order!?! I never signed up for a free sample or trial and I have no idea how they got my credit card. I have reported their charges as fraudulent to my credit card company.

Unauthorized charges and unprofessional customer service
Somehow these people have all of my information and charged me $99.95. When calling the customer service, I informed them that I never ordered anything from them nor have I received any product from them. I was told that it was delivered to my house and that the charges were from a order of CBD Oil (which I do not take) and that they will not reverse the charges and that the payment that was paid from my account will not be reversed. Customer service said it was an online order for a free bottle and shipping and handwringing was their only request. And that after 14 days the customer is responsible for paying full price. I explained to him again that I never ordered any product from them and it is only myself and a 3 year old that lives in my house. His exact words was "I cannot help you nor refund you money. You owed us the money so you paid it and I wil not be refunding anything to you".

I ordered a free trial of cbd oil from a company named SunRaised Health and paid shipping only. I have had a debit charged of $99.95 twice from the following companies on 9-23-19 Trend fit Health and 10-28-19 from Health Green. I received another bottle today 11-12-19 from Sun Raised CBD health products 16194 W. 45th Drive Golden Co. Order number XXXXXX. I thought it was a one time free trial but I keep getting debit charges on my card from different companies. The phone number on the order today is 925-385-6011 which is always a buy signal. I want to cancel this reacurring charge of $99.95 a month and a refund on the other 2 charges and not receiving anything.

I want this account closed and a refund of $99.95 twice on products I did not receive I did not order or receive. It is a scam and needs to be stopped. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Please help
