I think the total amount should be refunded, To my account at the time I talked to them on the phone . They said to me they could only return part of my money ,that was the best they could do . So what could I say. I see they have done this to lots of other people . This is wrong , tricking people , taking 100 dollars out of someones account ,with out them knowing it.The amount taken out should just been for shipping

On 11/5/19 I was charged $99.95 without authorization. I have disputed the charge with my Credit Union.
9/9/19 Purchased SunRaised CBD Oil. Clicked buy button another window came up & charged me for SunRaised Capsules which I received. On 11/5/19 charged $99.95 w/o authorization. Charge on my statement said it was for Organic Health Now (844-247-9769). When I called the Organic Health Now I was told that they are a call center for several companies they said when I made the purchase I signed up for a subscription and if I didn't want to continue with the subscription I was supposed to cancel within 14 days. After the 2nd window appeared, it quickly disappeared so if there was anything regarding cancellation or other information I wouldn't have known this. My invoices for the 2 purchases say SunRaised at the top but says "The charge will appear on your billing statement as MAX-MUSCLE-GAINS" & "The charge will appear on your billing statement as Apex Health One".

Desired Outcome

I want these companies to stop doing deceptive practices and having several umbrella companies. I purchased the CBD Oil because I thought Tim McGraw was personally associated with this company. After seeing the $99.95 charge from Organic Health Now I started doing some research. Their website looks like its up but when you click on anything it says "The site is experiencing technical difficulties".

After talking with someone at my Credit Union about this complaint, I came to the conclusion that I should have reported Organic Health Now as the main complaint because they are the ones that charged me $99.95 without authorization. It looks to me like SunRaised is the umbrella of all these other companies. The phone number for Organic Health Now is 844-247-9769. The $99.95 charge was done on 11/5/19. Before I contested the charge with my Credit Union, I called Organic Health Now and asked what the charge was for and they told me I had signed up for a subscription when I purchased the Hemp pills. They said there was a 2 week free trial and if I didn't cancel it, I would be charged for the subscription. I told them that I had not signed up for a subscription and that when I purchased the Hemp Oil a window automatically popped up and then disappeared. That's when the Hemp pills were charged. There wasn't any way I could read anything because the window popped up and disappeared so quickly. He started arguing with me and that's when I told him that I would be disputing the charge with my Credit Union; then I hung up on him. I purposely don't do free trials that I have to cancel because I did that years ago and forgot to cancel and ended up with a subscription that I didn't want.

Overcharge and unauthorized charge to credit card
I ordered the cbc hemp capsules online on or about August 30 2019 for a total of $6.95 which was stated in the ad. This product was endorsed by dr.oz and dr.phil. This amount was for one bottle of approximately 30 capsules. The following months credit card statement showed a charge of $99.95. That is over $3.00 for each capsule! I contacted my credit card company about the unauthorized additional charges of the $99.95. The card company contacted the customer service rep for Sunraised Products and he (Rafhel) refused to remove this additional charge from the credit card.I did not receive any other additional products other than the 1 bottle of 30 capsules listed at the $6.95 in advertising. There was not any invoice attached with product so it is impossible to attach any supporting documentation. I can supply my credit card number if absolutely necessary, just prefer not to attach. The customer service from Capital one credit card company did speak to me and Sunraised rep, that is when Sunraised refused to refund any portion of the $99.95 Overcharge. The Capital One rep stated that I must pay the complete charge.

Desired Outcome

To refund the difference between the advertised price of $6.95 and the $99.95 that was not Authorized to be charged.

I ordered their "free trial" of Medterra CBD rapid cooling cream and was led to believe I would pay just ship and handling. It did not indicate on the website (sunraisedhealth.com) that I should be sure to read the terms (which were buried under some other tab) and nowhere did it ask me to ACCEPT THEM. I also did not receive any notification that they were going to charge my card. It was a very deceptive setup which is why I am not surprised that other similar complaints have been made.
I got an alert from Capital One Visa that there might be a fraudulent charge on my
account. Cap One made a call to them to intercede on my behalf. We had to request a supervisor because the initial person was for the most part incoherent.
They did cancel the account but gave no ground on my insinuation that the website was deceptive- and did not refund the Oct charge for 99.95.
I have just tried to get back on their site but am getting a 403 forbidden error
Sounds fishy to me.

The customer did not contact our customer service and request for the subscription to be cancelled before the trial period expiration date of 10/03/19. The customer called us a month later on 11/02/19 with a representative from the card issuing company and agreed to a refund of $99.95 for a shipment processed on 11/02/19 as a settlement to the account.

As of 11/02 we have cancelled the account.
We will also be issuing a refund of $99.95 for the CBD Oil charge from 11/03/19, thereby honoring the customer's desired resolution. Here is the refund confirmation:

8/18/19 Advertised as Snoop Dogg's product, WWW.Sunrasiedhealth.com I accepted offer of 1 time purchase of Sun Raised CBD oil for price of only shipping/handling (6.95) It was NOT a trial offer for a certain period of time that had to be cancelled and NO terms/conditions were showing or accepted by me on THAT page. The charge showed on my Discover CC as Luxe skin serum, Las Vega, NV. No other contact info was listed. WITHOUT my permission on 9/9/19 my card was charged 99.95 by True Bliss Skin Serum, Santa Fe Springs, CA. No other contact info was listed with this charge so I contacted Discover. They provided 888-758-7167. 9/18/19 I called, spoke with Gilbert & his Supervisor Kevin. Kevin said was a 14 day trail & I had accepted it so he refused a credit. I said that was not true & ask him to verify their website that showed terms/conditions. He gave WWW.Sunrasiedhealth.com but website was/is shut down/can't access. I Filed a dispute with Discover & their final decision 10/17/19 ruled in favor of Merchant (Merchant changed their name & website) AND sent a cardholder agreement-proof of acknowledgment of terms document from a DIFFERENT/NEW website https://trueblissskinserum.com. It shows terms/conditions have to be accepted before placing order and THEY added my name & CC info underneath secure payment & above order now. That info/document was NOT on the original website that I ordered from so I NEVER saw it or accepted it. The document also said I must allow any dispute to be resolved by them at 866-234-9829, [email protected], 13502 Whittier Blvd, Ste H #192 Whittier, CA 90605. However that was impossible to do (the Merchant contact info on document was different/new) so I did NOT have that info prior to filing the dispute. Also they sent a copy of a Discover charge receipt saying I had set up a user ID/acct, logged in & made the purchase on 9/9/19, but I DID NOT do either. They said as a merchant they are allowed to change names, locations & close websites as they see fit.

I purchased it for someone that suffers from a lot of illnesses and they have already used it. Also the person I gave it to went to WWW.Sunrasiedhealth.com & accepted the same offer. 1 time purchase for cost of only $6.95 shipping/handling and was defrauded the same way for $99.95

Unfortunately, the customer elected to file a dispute with their financial institution, in which the financial institution found in our favor. At this point, the customers financial institution will provide any refunds if necessary.

because the document they sent showing I accepted their terms & conditions was fraudulent. It was from another different/new website that I never used to place the original 1 time offer for the price of shipping only. The original website (sunraisedhealth.com) I ordered from is no longer accessible. The document they sent to Discover was from their new website and they added my name on it. That is why Discover ruled in their favor even though they know it came from another website, they said the company can change websites at their will. If I had accepted their terms I would have canceled before the trail date expired, if it was a trial period. Which it was not so I didn't need to cancel anything. It's not fair that they can send in a document from a different site with my name added in print and say it's proof I accepted their terms when I did not because the original website did not have any terms & conditions for a trail period, because it was a 1 time offer, not a trail!

Received sample of product. Cancelled further shipments. Received more product. Was told they couldn't find my order. Received bill for more shipments
Purchased sample of CBD oil on 8/16/19. Called 888-281-9122 to cancel further orders. Was told by agent who would not give his name, that my order number XXXXX could not be found. Would not let me speak to anyone else. I told them I would not pay for further product if billed. My credit card was charged $99.00 two more times, but I got no product. Capital One did not pay the charges at my request and deleted them from my statement. On 10/28/2019 I received a bottle of CBD oil from Sun Raised with return address of Golden, CO, but the phone # reaches Tampa, FL, the same as the first sample order, but a different order number. There are no charges with the packing slip. I will again refuse to pay any charges on my credit card.

They only refunded 2 transactions and that was because it was a 3 way call with my bank. They still need to refund a check to me of $99.95 from transaction 10/18/19. Talked to multiple "supervisors" and still have not received my check. They can not reverse the charge now because my card has been cancelled due to being compromised by this so called company and they said they issued a check and I have not received. They also faulsly advertise their products as being promoted by celebrity "Willy Nelson". I will be satisfied to receive my $99.95 they owe me. When you call them they send u to multiple different people giving you a run a round. Also I hear children in the back ground while on the phone with them. This company is not a fair consumer. Very misleading to steal money.

10/17/19. Complaint: Purchase of CBD oil made from advertisement by Sun Raised Health online 9/2. Positive testimonials and endorsements made. Free trial products if pay postage. When received, was guarded and did not use products. Suspicious charge of "New Perfect Skin" and "Abs and Muscle" listed on credit card statement with the postage charge. Call to them: person taking calls for many products who read from script, would not give address of company, that products sold only online, that I had signed up for subscription of product for $99 unless canceled within 14 days. I had printed information sent from them online about transaction and NO notice of this to me. I realized Sun Raised Health was a phony operation that sought to scam me as a senior citizen and others. Told him that I will not be obligated beyond the initial postage charge. Claims and business practice of company unlawful.

I received a charge on my Visa account from Healthy Life Elite for $99.95,
I contacted the phone number that was provided on my charge account, and was told that during the trial period, I should have called and cancelled the order to prevent further charges.
The person I talked to, also told me that I had agreed to all of this. I was also told that I would receive further charges unless I cancelled the complete order.
I am very careful whenever I sign up for a free trial to be sure I am not automatically charged for products that I may not want to continue.
I told the rep that I wanted everything cancelled.
I want to report them as dishonest when pitching the order, and not explaining that I would be charged over and over for a product I do not want.

Refund request denied even with offer to return unused product
I thought I was purchasing a free trial of this company's product and just paying shipping charges. I received the product - CBD oil. Approximately 45 days later a charge of $99.95 charge appeared. I did not recognize the company because it was listed as Iron Clad Mind. When I called, I was informed that they were unable to provide a refund and if I returned the sealed product it would be shipped right back to me. I tried to explain that I could not afford the charges, but it didnt matter. They used fraudulent celebrity testimonials to get attention. I feel that this practice should be illegal. This really makes me angry, more at myself that I got sickened in to thos scheme. But that will not happen again. All the numbers they provide are to a red person "cuzyomer service" company. Mo matter what number you call, the actual company can not be contacted.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company hides the Terms in a button you must click to review, and then read even further to find the terms of the length of the trial that you UNKNOWINGLY subscribe to, with the click on FREE TRIAL. You do not get the product till after the 14 days, that you don't even know about, has passed.
Customer Support wouldn't handle my call to complain, stating he wasn't going to argue with me and said he would hang up on me, and offered a 75% refund for me not to dispute the charges. NOT, I disputed the charge, only to have ANOTHER CHARGE PENDING in my bank account for additional auto shipment, that I WILL DISPUTE ADDITIONALLY.
There WERE NO TERMS AND CONDITIONS displayed on the FREE TRIAL PAGE, PERIOD.

I ordered initial item, as I was checking out more items were added. $6.95 went to $47.90
9-28-2019, purchase date 9-28-2019, CBD OIL, XXXXXX was initial order I wanted, THEN TWO MORE ORDERS APPREARED: XXXXXX & XXXXXX, (which I didn't order) I ordered the item On-Line, what should halve been $6.95 total the ending balance was $64.85. Method of payment was Debit Visa. I called the number 1-844-411-0193 and said to call back my purchase was not coming up on their computers. I called back and still no luck on pulling up my account. The rep. Told me to call my back if you feel you need to. So I called my bank fraud line First Port City Bank. The bank labeled it fraud and card no good. I call the Sun Raised Health at 1-844-411-0193 and advise them of what I did and asked them to stop the shipment since I didn't order and the rep told me he couldn't. WHAT! I told him the extra items kept appearing on the check out and there was no button or sign where I could decline the extras. I had to put my bank info first the while checking out these items were added to cart. I don't want them. They were very rude and said he could remove. Told him my bank will have to fix this. I don't want any items now. Just give money back in account. Attached:

The customer contacted our Customer Service on 09/28/2019 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However, we feel the customer concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be issuing a refund of $39.95 for the Gummies, $7.95, and $6.95 for S&H,for any misunderstanding when placing the order. I requested the free cbd bottle offer from this company.
I requested the free cbd oil offer and was charged $6.95 for postage. The company also charged me $7.95 for cbd gummies, which I did not ask for. I have not received either product.

No, I am still not satisfied with this company. They have charged my credit card another $6.95 on October 1, 2019, even though I contacted them and asked them to cancel all future orders and charges.

Per or records, the customer was not charged again, we issued two refunds on 10/01/2019 ($7.95 and $6.95). We are not exactly sure what else the customer is asking for, however, we have met every desired resolution.

I canceled this ordered but my credit card was still charged. Called the company and was told the money would be refunded but this has not happened.
This website is very underhanded and is miss leading. I was ordered a free trial just pay shipping but after reading the fine print I see it cost a lot. I called the company and after countless try's got someone on the phone who again tried to change my mind. I said no but still was charged and the funds have not been returned to my visa account. The order date was 09/15 and a charge of $7.95 and then another charge of $6.95 the last time I spoke with someone they said I would receive a confirmation email regarding this but I still have not seen anything from this company. I just want my funds returned and for them to cancel anything from them. It's sad that these websites pray on the seniors who are trying to find pain management but need to lie and use underhand practices To hook you.

Product received was not what I expected and was advertised as free, only costs was S&H. Billed $99.95 for product.
Received offer for CBD oil, promoted by Willie Nelson on 8/17. Was traveling and had order shipped to home address. After arriving home on September 1, product was not as expected and did not want. Discovered unexpected charge of $99.95 on credit card on 9/4/19. Contacted company to have charge removed. They refused, but would not provide copy of agreement that it was a 14 day trial, showing I would be charged. I did not agree to this.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $99.95 to credit card and honest advertising policy.
