No delivery service or poor delivery service for over one month, and the promised phone calls from management have never been received After receiving daily on-time delivery of my newspaper during the first month of my current residence, in early August deliveries suddenly stopped I initiated the Sun Sentinel automated telephone system to lodge my service complaint and to request a replacement paper This became a daily exercise, with the replacement paper sometimes arriving late in the morning after I had already left for work (useless) or not arriving at all I then began using the function to speak with a customer service repThe call-takers in the Philippines were very polite but useless, because they read responses from an obvious script I then escalated to a supposed "supervisor" several times, and eventually asked to be directed to someone in the US who could help me Every time that I spoke with a live person they were allegedly emailing the distribution man

In November I paid for an annual subscription for home delivery and after only months I was sent an invoice at double the rate & late fees

I have not received any newspaper deliveries
I have paid for a two year subscription with the sun-sentinelMy subscription does not end until August I receive the Saturday and Sunday deliveriesHowever, I did not receive July 2nd and July 3rd papersI called them July 5th and they said they would give me a credit and make sure I receive the following weekend deliverySo then, I also did not receive the July 9th and July 10thOn July 11th, I went to their website and submitted a delivery problem and it said they would deliver those papers yesterday July 12thStill no papers

Won't stop dumping unwanted newspapers
They keep dropping unwanted newspapers on neighborhood lawns
They were asked to stop
They emailed that they would stop
They have not stopped
They are littering our neighborhood
They are advertising empty homes or when people are away

The newspaper has linked my name to an article from several months ago, so now every time anyone searches for me on Google, then pull up the newspaper
This is about privacy and consent I am losing business because this newspaper links my name to a divisive story I never consented to link my name with the www.sun-sentinel website for the rest of my life I merely wrote an email to the Editor, to support their article about the Presidential electionHad I known that the paper would try to link me with that article even months later, I would never have sent it I am very private No FacebookNo Twitter No images online I do not want my name linked with this hot-bottom election forever simply because I one time wrote an email to the paper

The Sun Sentinel has not provided delivery of a Sunday newspaper that I ordered for a relative living in a nursing home
In April I contacted Sun Sentinel for delivery of Sunday newspaper to a relative in a nursing home in Delray Beach Fl I have contacted the paper to confirm the address several times I have also contacted the nursing home for explicit details regarding delivery Today I received a message from Sun Sentinel stating they need a "unit number" They don't get it - the "unit number" is the number of her bed in the facility There was no problem charging my credit card They got that right Other residents in the facility receive the newspaper, I don't know what we have to do to get this problem resolved The first paper was promised for Sunday April 24, so far nothing

Stop Delivery! This is the 3rd time over the course of year that I have called to complain that I do not have a subscription for their newspaper

I have written and called Sunsentinel several times regarding this issueNOT ONLY do they deduct from your checking account without giving notice of the pending deduction..which I have asked several times for that to happen...and NO they are not going to spam and they have been added to my allowed list...so they are not sending them BUT my last deduction included an increase which I was not notified of How dare they increase without notice..it's bad enough they hit your account without notice

The billing department for Sun-Sentinel is refusing to refund an overdraft fee due to an unauthorized debit card payment
I was offered a great deal for a subscription with Sun-Sentinel on 06/26/I advised the representative about the funds being available in my checking account on the June 30th The representative (Kendrick) assured me my debit card will be debited on the 06/30/Unfortunately the billing department for Sun-Sentinel ran my debit card on 6/28/causing me to get an overdraft fee of $plus the $for the subscription
I called the billing department today and the representative advised me he will only be able to refund the $I asked him to refund my $and he said Sun-Sentinel will not refund me the overdraft feeI am highly upset because I do not work hard to have an organization take money from my account that was not authorized in the first place
I would greatly appreciate my money to be credited back into my accountI have my bank

Sun Sentinel drops a free press paper on my drive every Saturday morningI am not in the least interested in this paper and never requested its delivery, As I travel often for weeks on end these papers tend to accumulate on my drive giving an sure indication to would be burglars that there is no one homeI have called Sun Sentinel offices many time asking for this undesirable practice to stopI was assured each time that Sun Sentinel will do the necessary to satisfy me but in the end my requests get purely and simply ignoredI wrote to the Managing Editor for lack of attention from Customer Services which I called many times and apart from a short interruption this practice which exposes me to potential burglary continues unabated

After calling to calls and talking to delivery department supervisors, it was explained a person who lived here years ago had moved I didnt want any delivery even free! I have only a few of the people I contacted as I was told they all were supervisors, so I thought it would be taken care of

After repeatedly asking them & even reporting them to Revdex.com, I am still receiving "The Forum." I have repeatedly asked that it be STOPPED!!
I have been calling the newspaper now for several years complaining about the delivery of "The Forum I DO NOT WANT IT DELIVERED!!! I have made calls, they will stop for a few weeks and then the delivery starts again Last month, I reported them to the Revdex.com (case number XXXXXXXX) and they had everyone calling me letting me know how sorry they were and that the delivery would stop Well it did, for about weeks Last Wednesday, I came home and once again found the paper in the driveway I am not sure what part of "STOP DELIVERY" they don't understand I believe that the paper is useless as:
1) It delivers news and pullouts that are already sent by mail and/or as a part of my Sun Sentinel subscription,
2) The pullouts are garbage that I have NO use for,
3) The news is for Deerfield, Pompano, Lighthouse Point and East FtLaud I DON'T CAR
