The Sun Sentinel continues to deliver unwanted newspapers/periodicals/flyers/coupon books/etcdespite several attempts to correct the situation The delivery section of the Sun Sentinel has been contacted on four separate occasions, beginning in March Each time, I was told the problem would be correct, and it was not I escalated the issue to the "supervisory" level of the delivery section in April, spoke with Benjamin (I believe, although it may have been Lucas), and requested a formal complaint be filed To the best of my knowledge, the complaint was never filed (as indicated by records checks with other managers in the future) despite the fact I was told the action was completed The issue remained unresolved I spoke with another supervisor, Rafael *** in July, who did in fact file the formal escalation to the sub-contracted delivery service He

Have not received the newspaper in nearly three months
We stopped receiving the paper in mid DecemberOur subscription number XXXXXXXXXX is currently paid through July 27th Our contract requires that we receive the newspaper on Wednesday and Sunday morningWe have contacted the company several times in attempt to resolve this issueWe are continuously told that our account will be forwarded to a district manager who will resolve the issue within a few days

No delivery service or poor delivery service for over one month, and the promised phone calls from management have never been received
After receiving daily on-time delivery of my newspaper during the first month of my current residence, in early August deliveries suddenly stopped
I initiated the Sun Sentinel automated telephone system to lodge my service complaint and to request a replacement paper This became a daily exercise, with the replacement paper sometimes arriving late in the morning after I had already left for work (useless) or not arriving at all
I then began using the function to speak with a customer service repThe call-takers in the Philippines were very polite but useless, because they read responses from an obvious script
I then escalated to a supposed "supervisor" several times, and eventually asked to be directed to someone in the US who could help me Every time that I spoke with a live person they were allegedly emailing the distribution man

Several Delivery Issues
I moved my subscription to Miami and since I had moved in January 2016, I have had at least delivery issues The paper had not been delivered for days, even though I was receiving other newspapers The issues has been resolved with extending my subscription, but the issue has not been resolved since I continue to have delivery issues The latest issue involves the paper not being delivered for days

Others in my building have the same problemI called the Sun Sentinel on April 20th at 9:42am, spoke to ***, called again on April 21th at 9:22am, and spoke to Adrienne and her explanation was that they had an issue with their deliver contractorWhat is totally unacceptable is the fact that there is NO FOLLOW UP, NO CONTACT OF ANY KIND OR OFFER TO REIMBURSE, which I had requestedI find it hard to believe that a large company acts with such DISRESPECT towards customers, especially one that is in the media business, SHAME, on the SUN SENTINEL for not caring about their customers
At this stage I expect reimbursement and not a credit note.My subscription was for weeks with a starting date on November 21,

Have not received paper in weeks
I put a stop on my paper when I went out of town I returned 10/14- my service has not resumed I have called at least times to report and submitted multiple on line notices
Last call I tried to cancel but person would not let me
Empty promises to deliver the paper
When is this fraud? Taking my money not delivering the paper lying about re-delivery not issuing a refund or allowing me to cancel?
