On behalf of ASAP Home Exteriors I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience or stress related to this matter, after moving out of a very harsh winter and a wet spring we have been playing caton work that's been on our books since November, You have indeed paid for this work to be completed and we will have it done within the next weeks, we appreciate your business and will ultimately make this a positively notable experienceFeel free to reach out to us with any future concerns or service issue

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meThe money was refunded as promised on 8/10/ Regards, [redacted]

I had filed a complaint about ASAP roughly months ago (Complaint # [redacted] )After the initial complaint, I was finally able to speak with ASAP (a gentleman named [redacted] who filled out the work order for the estimate for the home repair) regarding the scheduling of the workAt the end of July (July 30th) , I was told from [redacted] that someone from ASAP would contact me on Monday, August 3rd regarding the scheduling of the work to be doneweeks had passed and a call was never receivedI've placed several calls (to a new number that [redacted] provided me) which none have either been answer nor have my voice mails been returnedAt this point, I have no confidence in the work being done and that the money I've already paid ($500) is lostThrough the Revdex.com and the original complaint, I was able to get a clarification from ASAP as to why the work was never done in the first placeWhile I completely understand their reasons stated in their response to my complaint, I felt it was advantageous to all parties to allow ASAP to fulfill the work orderHowever, this has not been the caseWhile I understand how busy many businesses can be, my phone calls are never returned nor are they ever answeredIn fact, when they informed me that they would call me (on August 3rd) to schedule, that call never cameIt's been months since the work order was completed with the estimateAgain, I have no confidence that the work will ever be done nor do I have any confidence that I will ever receive a phone call from ASAP Exteriors to even schedule the work.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:The original desired outcome in my original complaint was to simply have the work doneAt this point, I feel strongly that this is a scam of sorts and I wish to have my payment returned.Translate

I have filed a previous complaint, ID number ***, which was closed when I did not respond whether the response I had from the company was satisfactoryThe company stated on
the Revdex.com website that they would give me the refund they owed meNo such refund has been received, as such I did not respondThe matter has not yet been resolved.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:I just want my $back

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Your response is not a resolutionHere are the issues I have with your response as well as further issues with your "resolution"
"We did in fact let everyone know including yourself at that time that the weather was impacting our installation schedule"
We were informed numerous times that there were delaysHowever that was not the first excuseFor the first three months the excuse was ordering delays, then supplier concerns, then employee problems, next scheduling errors, FINALLY weather was the excuseIn fact weather has been the excuse for the past months, it must be hard to not do anything for months because of weatherThis contract has been in existence since SEPTEMBER over months of NON-PERFORMANCEThere is no excuse in the world that can satisfy that amount of negligence.
"we are just now getting caught up from jobs from the last quarter of 2014, and jobs from the beginning quarter of 2015."
I'm glad that you are now getting caught up from jobs in the 4th quarter of and the 1st quarter of It is unfortunate that you never included the jobs from the 3RD QUARTER of in your list of jobs to completeThis non-completion of our job shows the validity of your promise to settle:
You promised in MARCH to settle our dispute if the work was not performed "in weeks" because you admitted that performance was not performed within a reasonable time
In MAY I made a personal visit to the storefront and was promised a check refunding the deposit in business daysFURTHER EVIDENCE OF INTENT TO REFUND
In JUNE you personally promised on the phone to send a check in the mall in business days
I have called your office during business hours on all numbers countless timesI have left messages with no return callsYou are not cooperating
We will not settle for another "weeks" you have already agreed to refund the deposit I am willing to pick up a check personally but you have to CALL ME BACK "ASAP"###-###-#### or ###-###-####I hope that this dispute can be resolved without painful litigation and extra harm to your already faltering reputation
By the way the last name is *** NOT ***

I have talked to Mrs *** today and we will be taking steps to resolve this situation

I sent you an e-mail on August that an individual named *** from the company called me and said they will waive the fee for cancelling the project, and will send us a refund for our deposit by the end of this monthYesterday was August, the end of the month and we have heard NOTHINGI just called *** and left a message on his machineI would like to reopen our complaint and get some action against the companyIf that means getting a lawyer, I am prepared to go that routeIf that means going the company’s office in Louisville, I am prepared to do that alsoIn any case, this company should have its license revoked and not be allowed to do business with anyone elseI WILL tell any and all people who ask what kind of a company this is, and will do everything in my power to see that they get NO MORE VICTIMS

I have talked to Mr *** today and informed him that we will be issuing a refund check on monday 8/10/2015.Tell us why here

We at ASAP Home Exteriors agree that this job has taken longer then to complete and for this we apologize to Mrs***Be noted that Mr*** is not a actual customer of our oursWe respect the fact that he has taken to this initiative to make sure Mrs*** is protected and
treated properlyAs we have explained before we have had the worst winter since 1994, coupled with a abundantly wet springNeedless to say we have numerous customers that work has been back logged over the last few months, and we are completing these jobs in the order that we have received themWe have full intentions to completing this work as it is on our schedule, material list have been uploaded, and as stated on the numerous times we have spoken about thisAny lack of communication from anyone other then Mrs*** has resulted in hot tempers, yelling, and cursing at our represenatives, thus communication from anyone except Mrs*** has been kept to a minimalWe apologize to Mrs*** for this ordeal and have agreed to make this up to her after the job is completeWe will be initiating this job as soon as the last few jobs before hers is completedThank you for your understanding and patienceHope you had a wonderful and blessed 4th

Mr*** we apologize for all the confusion on this matter and the time allotted between then and nowDue to the roughest winter since 1994, and the wet spring we have experienced numerous jobs were put on hold through these timesWe did in fact let everyone know including yourself at that
time that the weather was impacting our installation schedule, we are just now getting caught up from jobs from the last quarter of 2014, and jobs from the beginning quarter of We apologize for any inconvenience or frustrations from this, and will make it up you with superior craftsmanship and materialsWe'd like to put this job on our schedule within the next weeks and support this with an update to the Revdex.com upon completionHope you had a blessed and wonderful 4th

I filed a Complaint against ASAP Exterior Company regarding a window replacement. I have paid 1/down and rest due at installation. I have left about messages with the company, after NO response, I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. I just got a response from the company yesterday, and in the email from the Revdex.com I accidentally accepted the response. (Which was the company would refund me my 1/down due to window company does not have the window in stock).... I guess a refund would be okay, but I really wanted someone from the company to contact me. Now, sure why I only got a response after I filed the complaint. Can you help me with this. I got an email from Revdex.com that said, my complaint is closed and resolved, BUT IT's NOT. I guess that is because I clicked on accept and not reject offer. Please let me know what I need to do
My contact info is:

We always want our customer to be happy with their new floors and strive to resolve issues in anappropriate manner,When this customer realized (after the installation had begun) that there were hardwood floorsunderneath their old carpet, they requested to cancel their installation and orderBecause
the carpetwas special ordered and custom cut for the home, we were not able to cancel the order and offered toonly charge them for the carpet and not the padding and installation if they canceled the order at thattime. The customer decided to go ahead and have the new carpet installedAfter completing the job on July10, 2017, the customer accepted the work and paid in full. After receiving a call from the customer that there was damage to their walls and that a section of thecarpet was not installed properly under the baseboards, we scheduled to visit the home and review theissuesWe found that the baseboard was unusually higher than standard baseboards and offered to restretch the carpet to resolve the issuesWe also offered to have a third party inspector come to look atthe floor and address the customer’s complaints, The customer refused the inspection and offers toremedy the situation. We would be happy to find a fair resolution but would need a third party inspection to verify that therewere defects with the carpet and/or installation, Reinstalling old carpet that has been cut and removedfrom the home is not a realistic option

The refund is in the process of being issued, it should be ready by the end of the monthI apologize for any inconvenience this has caused

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
