[redacted] from the company called. I informed him of the e-mail I received an e-mail from the company. [redacted] asked what the e-mail contained. I read it to him, and he informed me that a member from the company, who no longer works there, sent the e-mail by mistake. [redacted] assured me that they will waiver the time limit for cancelling the project because of what has happened. He also said that there are other individuals who are having problems with projects and he is trying to get things straight. He informed me that the company will send a refund check to us by the end of August.

I [redacted] am Mrs. [redacted] power of attorney so I have the right to inquire of this matter. because of this being delayed for eight months she is now in the hospital suffering from mental anguish, depression, feelings of being taken advantage of. her son called with no results. several times when I called I got the run around, this is when I said if there was no time set to do the work I would have seek other means to resolve this issue . Mrs. [redacted] does not want have the job done by ASAP as a result of the trouble she has had. She requested to have a full refund. She and I feel that after seeking to resolve this matter for so long this is the reasonable way to handle the matter at this point
Regards,

On behalf of ASAP Home Exteriors I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience or stress related to this matter, after moving out of a very harsh winter and a wet spring we have been playing catch-up on work that's been on our books since November, You have indeed paid for this work to be completed...

and we will have it done within the next 2 weeks,  we appreciate your business and will ultimately make this a positively notable experience. Feel free to reach out to us with any future concerns or service issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The money was refunded as promised on 8/10/2015.

We had sent out a refund check last Friday to [redacted].  If it hasn't reached you yet I apologize. Please be patient and all will be well.

Here is the e-mail I told you about on the phone. I sent this to your office yesterday after I called.
I have called your office today for some advice about my complaint. My ID # is [redacted] with the ASAP...

company. I plan on going to their office tomorrow and confronting them about our job. Is there anything I should or should not do. I suffer from PTSD because of Vietnam, and I do not want to have to resort to any drastic measures. I have had enough of their delaying actions and the runaround we have been getting for four months. My wife will accompany me to keep me from getting in trouble.
Mrs. [redacted], you see an e-mail from my daughter who lives in Louisville. I confided in her because of my PTSD and emotional problems I have had in the past. What you see in the body of this e-mail is exactly what I sent to the ASAP company last night. Their e-mail address is[redacted]. The three individuals I mention in the e-mail are: [redacted] ###-###-####, [redacted] – ###-###-####, [redacted] – ###-###-####. Please help us with this problem, like I said on the phone, I will take my wife to keep me out of trouble.

I had filed a complaint about ASAP roughly 2 months ago (Complaint #[redacted]). After the initial complaint, I was finally able to speak with ASAP (a gentleman named [redacted] who filled out the work order for the estimate for the home repair) regarding the scheduling of the work. At the end of July (July 30th) , I was told from [redacted] that someone from ASAP would contact me on Monday, August 3rd regarding the scheduling of the work to be done. 3 weeks had passed and a call was never received. I've placed several calls (to a new number that [redacted] provided me) which none have either been answer nor have my voice mails been returned. At this point, I have no confidence in the work being done and that the money I've already paid ($500) is lost. Through the Revdex.com and the original complaint, I was able to get a clarification from ASAP as to why the work was never done in the first place. While I completely understand their reasons stated in their response to my complaint, I felt it was advantageous to all parties to allow ASAP to fulfill the work order. However, this has not been the case. While I understand how busy many businesses can be, my phone calls are never returned nor are they ever answered. In fact, when they informed me that they would call me (on August 3rd) to schedule, that call never came. It's been 4 months since the work order was completed with the estimate. Again, I have no confidence that the work will ever be done nor do I have any confidence that I will ever receive a phone call from ASAP Exteriors to even schedule the work.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:The original desired outcome in my original complaint was to simply have the work done. At this point, I feel strongly that this is a scam of sorts and I wish to have my payment returned.Translate

I have talked to Mr [redacted] today , we will refunding his money as soon as we can.I apologized for the way things where handled hopefully this will resolve this situation.Tell us why here...
