Salesman *** *** misrepresented his company's product and ability to install these mismatched windows in our condo complexRefusing to refund
A neighbor *** *** and I met with salesman *** *** to have our condo windows replaced *** assured us that these windows would match existing aluminum frame windows and although all HOA rules are different, he assured us his company had done numerous installs in our complex and it wouldn't be a problem with the HOA On these assurances we both signed the contracts On the scheduled installation date, our designated representative, *** *** was informed by the HOA that the windows could not be installed as they would not match and could damage the recently re-done building exterior *** *** also spoke to *** who told him as well that it shouldn't be a problem as his company had done several installs in that complex When asked by *** *** to provide apartment units or a cutaway of the new window frames,*** could do

Have been trying to get my front window installed for at least one or two years from the time I signed the contract The company keeps delaying my installation of the correct window time and time again by the installation crew This time the installation crew was suppose to be here between and pm but the installer called and finally said they couldn't come because of the over run of the prior job This is the fourth or fifth time they have delayed because of installation problems I have not received a call from ***, who I requested a call from, who is the installation manager This is not the first time I have requested such a call, to see if they are going to reschedule or just tell me to forget it

On march 30, 2017, I ordered windows, after reading the contract, I realized I was getting windowsI spoke with ***, and was told by him that I would be getting I spoke with other people and was told that I would not be receiving any monies back

Had windows installed in Spring Within mos a "moldy" smell started coming from windows in master bedroomI requested for them to be checked and they sent a young representative out that stated he smelled algae coming from outsideHe did not look at windows or do moisture reading that I was told he would doI have spent hundreds on dehumidifiers and air purifiers since then to "fix" the situationAfter lots of rainfall this Spring, the window in my kids' playroom started smelling like mold and both of my kids' allergies reacted causing several ear infections and URIsThey are now having to take different allergy medications daily which I believe is too much!!! How did these people get an A+ rating, how much did they have to pay for it, they obviously did not earn it Terrible customer service I had my windows installed on 12/7/2016, installation was unsatisfactory and I had the installer call his boss, I talked to the so call Manager of Installations and he told me not to sign the paperwork and not to pay, he would come down to fix my problems Next call I get is from their collections department, one week after sloppy installation, they are going to turn me over to collections for none payment These people are crazy
