Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not receive any feedback from SunEdison before they start filling Chapter 11( that Chapter was not my problem ,but it appears to be , now)SunEdison did not gave me any instructions about their equipment ( see attachment).Sun Edison can not charge me by an estimation - see Introduction pt4cThey know about the defection since 02/28/and nobody show up to check the installation sinceI called several times ( 03/02/2016; 03/07/2016)SunEdison subcontractor, [redacted] ? from [redacted] ? phone [redacted] and he mention that SunEdison delivered at the beginning the wrong inverter.? Due to our chapter bankruptcy proceedings, we are unable to engage our service partners to repair this customer's system? This customer may contact a service provider of his choosing, have the repair done and submit the invoice to us for reimbursement

This customer's contract states specifically that he will be billed on estimated production if actual production data is not available at the time of the monthly billing cycle? It also states that there will be a true up of the bill when actual production data is available again? If this customer does not wish for SunEdison to draw funds from his bank account via ACH, he can cancel his ACH payments by calling our customer care team at [redacted]

We acknowledge the underperformance of this customer's system The root cause was determined and we are working with our service partners to schedule the repair Due to the SunEdison Chapter Bankruptcy filing, the required negotiations with these service partners have caused delays in
the delivery of service to our customers We apologize for these delays and are working diligently to resolve them.In the mean time, this customer is being billed per the terms of his agreement with SunEdison As long as he maintains an active internet connection, then his system will report to us the actual production of power He is billed for the actual production the system system generated If the system is not communicating, the customer is billed for an estimated amount of production that will be trued up with the actual production the next time the meter is read

The bankruptcy proceedings prevent us from paying cash reimbursements to our customers We are crediting the accounts of custromers Billing will cease until the credit is worked off by the monthly payments due

SunEdison is in Chapter bankruptcy proceedings The company is being liquidated We have no capability to service this customer's system at this time This customer's contract is being sold to another solar provider as part of the bankruptcy proceedings The customer has the following options: 1) wait until the sale of his contract is complete and the purchaser of his contract will be able to address the system issues at that time2) contact the original installer to do the repair Pay the installer and submit the invoice to SunEdison SunEdison will credit his account in the amount of the repair and billing will pause until the repair amount is reimbursed via waiving monthly payments

We experienced delays with the completion of Mr***’s solar system. Those delays have now been resolved. Our authorized installer has been instructed to pursue the remaining permits to activate Mr***’s SunEdison solar system. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience Mr

As SunEdison had directed in their
response to this complaint, I had contacted several service providers for my hot water tank. No one was willing to service the tank because it is from SunEdison's own hybrid design nor would they be paid by SunEdison due to their Chapter filing. I am still paying for monthly installments of $for the entire system and it is not working properly nor can I find a company to service it. I want SunEdison to send out a service provider of theirs to service their equipment. This way I will not have to submit any invoices for them to reimburse me which may be delayed or never refunded to me. I had filed a complaint in early March about some additional issues with the water tank but it was closed by the Revdex.com as a Duplicate so I am requesting this complaint be reopened and all issues with this water tank be addressed, repaired and SunEdison absorb the costs for the repairs

After all this time, im afraid that they continue to be unable to take care of the solar panels, and im already having a lot of problems with my aps bill.they never contact me until I complain, I rather keep the equalizer plan as I used to and they can take back the solar panels , leave the roof as it was .been waiting for months and no one explain anithing to meIm just to stress and to tired of looking for answers.summer is here, and im paying without the equalizer plan, situation that affect me deeplyI dont want anything to do with rhis Company
