Paul worked with me from beginning to the SUCCESSFUL completion of our roof repair project, and completed ON TIME!

I worked with Paul H with Sunland Development Corporation - Roofing Division. Paul was great! He handled all the process with the insurance company and worked with the contractor who was putting on the addition. His crew completed the job in 2 days and cleaned up afterwards.

We actually watched his team replace our neighbor's roof a year ago and were very impressed with them then. When Paul came to give us our quote, we were even more impressed. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, aimed to please, and lent advice when needed. The team was very hard working and there was not one scrap of roofing on the ground when they finished. We are very pleased, have recommended him to many and will continue to do so.

Paul followed through on everything he promised with replacing our roof. He did an exceptional job. He also helped me settle issues I had with the prior roofer and came back to fix another issue caused by the solar system company.

Paul actually helped us out with a leak before we even signed the contract because rain was forcast. The workers were great and everything was cleaned up daily. Couldn't be happier. Paul from Sunland Development gave me a reasonable quote and followed through with everything he promised in a very efficient and professional manner. The crew members were prompt, reliable, friendly and extremely hard working. They picked up the work area and left the property neat and clean at the end of each day. Overall I was very satisfied.

Our home in Northeast Phoenix incurred storm damage which collapsed 70 feet of our brick wall and loosened many of our roof tiles on November 29, 2019. I was introduced to Sunland Development Corporation by Tonya, the owner's assistant. She was working in my neighborhood and could see the damage from the street. She introduced herself and suggested I meet with Paul Halmrast the owner the next day. After meeting Paul, I felt very comfortable with his background and personality and agreed he would meet with my homeowner insurance company claims manager.

After the insurance company concluded their assessment of damage, Paul agreed to manage the process of rebuilding the brick wall with his brick crew and repairing the tile roof with his roofing crew. The process went very well. Both crews were very skilled and friendly and took great pride in their work. They also took the time to clean up our yard, sidewalk, and driveway when they were finished.

I told Paul I would contact him in the future with any projects where I would need his expertise or if any friends or neighbors asked me for a referral.

Paul and the crew did a very nice job. Paul being a contractor helped us with a kitchen sink problem. All the crew was hard working and polite.

Paul responded to us quickly. Came on a Sunday to give us an estimate. Roof was replaced in the immediate time frame needed seeing as we were from Minnesota. Recommended a great drywaller, Jose, to repair the ceiling. Would recommend Paul and his crew to anyone.

Sunland did a great job on our roof and it was completed within the timeframe specified. We had a bad leak from the rains and had got a few bids. We went with Paul because we felt he was the most honest and responsive first and foremost. There is so much overselling that I have seen several companies did not have current bonds or insurance. Her provided everything we ask for right away. Would use his company again on any future projects.

I interviewed three different roofing companies and Sunland Development Corporation won hands down! Not only is Paul H, the owner, an expert in roof replacement, he is an experienced building contractor as well.

I got hit with the hail storm in November 2019. Sunland was quick to put a temporary tarp over my broken skylight and I soon had a new roof too.
I chose the black walnut color and it's absolutely beautiful. His crew came just before sunup and tackled the entire project. So efficient...it was a sight to behold. I had some unforseen damage that was missed by the insurance company but Paul cared enough that he went the extra mile and covered the extra work needed himself. What customer service!!

Paul with Sunland Development Corporation called immediately and we set up a time for him to come out to give me an estimate. Paul returned in a day with a Very fair estimate to replace my roof. I am so glad I found SDC. With in a week I had a beautiful new roof. Paul and his crew were so professional, always on time, always kept me informed, my yard was spotless when they finish and did an amazing job. I wold not hesitate to refer SDC to anyone. Best contractor experience that I have ever had. Received prompt reply ,competitive quote, and they were able to work my timeline into their production schedule. The crew showed up as promised and completed the roof in one day. Clean up was perfectly tidy. Very satisfied.
