Sunland Development Corporation - Roofing Division

I recently schedualed a roofing appointment with Sunland Development Corporation (Roofing Division). Paul, the owner of SDC came out and he went over all the options (including colors) on replacing the roof and explained in detail what he was needing to do. I schedualed to have the roof replaced the following weekend and Paul took care of everything. The SDC crew was on time and finished the job in one day, just in time for the monsoons to start rolling into the valley. I would recommend SDC to everyone. Paul is very honest and is willing to go out of his way to satisfy his client.

I selected Sunland Development Corporation for a roof re-shingle quote because of the good reviews and they checked out for the good reputation indicators you normally look for in a company. I called and spoke to the owner (Paul). He showed up for the appointment on time and had the quote prepared. It was not the lowest of the 5 quotes I got but it was close to it. .(I had some quotes for a lot more money.) Paul even threw in some additional patio roof repair that I was concerned about with no extra charge, Everyone else wanted to work me in in three to five weeks, Paul said he had an opening Saturday he would like to fill with my roof re-shingle. We chose this company to do the job.
His crew finished ahead of schedule on a job and Paul called to see if they could come out a day early and do the job. (That worked fine for me with the rainy season upon us,) With the early start and my intensive work schedule, it was difficult to set up a time for payment but Paul did not pressure me for money up front and it all happened so fast, I ended up just paying him for the whole job when they finished and we were both on site at the same time. (It only took his crew about 7 hours to do everything including the extra patio repair work.)
I am glad I found this gem of a company. I am recommending them to my mother and anyone else who is looking to have contracting work done here in the valley.

Sunland Development Corporation is very professional, reliable, honest and great to work with. SDC has gutted and remodeled the inside of my house. SDC also did my roof (next year will be 20 years and still no problems), landscaping, blockwall, stucco and painting of home and property. I will use SDC for my future projects. Paul and his crew completed my roof replacement a few months ago, and honestly I couldn't be happier! He went above and beyond to ensure that I won't have any future issues or leaks. No short cuts were taken, and he even found the exact matching tiles that were broken too! The tiles were over 15 years old and he replaced 250 of them and you cannot even tell the new from the old. And he even stucco patched where the weather had destroyed parts of my stucco. I chose to go with the more expensive Underlayment, which will last for 40+ years. His attention to the details is superb. Very happy customer!
