The response by Braun's Roofing is almost a joke. As I (and others on the web) have pointed out, the standard response from this company is "we are working on it". As best as I can figure, this means that they think if they keep on responding as such, the dissatisfied customer will go away and they will keep a totally undeserving rating from the Revdex.com.Appropriate responses might include:(1) A call from the owner explaining things(2) An acknowledgment that the customer service is terrible and a plan for how make better. [redacted]

action would not resolve my complaint.  What does "we are trying to help mean?" I repeatedly told them the side gate is open and can come at any time. I am still waiting for over one week, and the only roofer they can send has the flu???Sorry, but it is hard to believe "they are trying"  100% unacceptable.]

I was contacted within the three days as indicated in the original response.  The business indicated they would review my case further and get in contact with me again, however I have not been contact a second time.  I am still waiting for final resolution.

I report this complain to Revdex.com original on June 02nd 2017 Complaint #[redacted] owner of the business never respond or called and on Revdex.com web site complain closed by error. now I am re opening the complain again so consumer will now about Brauns Roofing Houston TX business Practice. WARNING BE AWARE about BRAUNS ROOFING owner and his employees. Sent: Friday, June 2, 2017 5:03 PM Subject: [redacted] W[redacted] issues Brauns Roofing. Mr Leo B[redacted] I left twice massages for you and Mr Rhett [redacted] in reference to the commercial service contract we have with your company representative Mr W[redacted] since April 2016. we have been facing many problems with Mr [redacted]: 1) since day one we notify which business and where is leaks are according him he address the issue, but the leaks are still exist same place same location and same area. 2) when we call and text to notify leaks first he don't response if he response make appointment and he no shows months and months. 3) since last November we contact him many time through text and he made appointment and he no shows, finally he come in February to perform the work but he couldn't finish the job because he run out with material and he promised be back on Monday what he never show up until 19th of May still he didn't address or fixed the roofs leak. 4) I text him pictures of leaks on May 22nd and asked him when he will be able to complete same tenant and same location leaks so far he has not respond me. I left massage 713 645-0505 number 5/31/2017 and asked her can you please tell me who is w[redacted] supervisor is and her answer I don't know, I ask can owner or some one return my call she told me I will take your massage and I don't know if they will call you or when the will call you??? I am requesting your help to resolve and fix our shopping center roof leaks and requesting you please talk to Mr [redacted] w[redacted] about his behavior why he is not addressing the issue, why he not responding and full filling his contract what he promised in writing, we paid the whole contract full $15,125.00 plus invoice paid 3/16/2016 $3,875.00 Total $19,000.00 but work never has been complete.
