We are sorry how you may feel at this time and we are sorry for the loss of your loved one.  When you called in we were honored you would let us be a part of such a hard day in your life.  We did everything we could to help you and your family.  You called and ordered the casket from...

us with expedited delivery service.  We put expedited orders right to the front of the line and get them moving immediately as time is of the essence!  While your casket was in transit we made arrangements to deliver the casket early as we were ahead of schedule.  At that point you cancelled the product as it was delivering early. What we can't understand is why you wanted to cancel for us doing better than anticipated.  You continued to state that you wanted the order cancelled.  We then explained to you the cancellation and refund policy which you had already signed at the time of purchase.  We did cancel your order and we shipped your product back to our warehouse.  Once we received the casket back we credited your card the appropriate refund.  Everything is noted and documented.  We hope you accept our sincere apology.  We would be more than happy to assist you in the future if you desire.In the future if you would be willing to give us another opportunity to help you, we would be more than willing to give you additional discounts to help compensate for what had happened on this order.  Sincerely,Sky C[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: On November 21, 2017 @ 7:04 pm, I sent you this emailed to cancel the order because you did not honor the price that you advertised on your website.  Based on our conversation, I told you the funeral home requested that you shipped the casket on November 28, 2017 which 48 hours before the viewing day which November 30, 2017.  You said that you will call be back on Friday afternoon November 24, 2017 to reduce the price to what you advertised on your website, however you didn't call me.  You shipped the casket before the date I asked you to ship it to the funeral home.  You quickly shipped the casket because of your policy of $550.00 cost for the return shipment, plus 25% restocking fee.  You did not honor part of the agreement.  I want you to honor the price that you advertise and agreed up on.  I would like to receive the refund of $697.00 back to my credit card.
