Complaint ( [redacted] ) On Saturday the 22nd we replace the pieces on the shutters that Mr [redacted] requested, all installed and completed, you can conform with him and complaint should be closed

Complaint ( [redacted] ) Last Wednesday the 26th I personally was at Mr. [redacted] home making sure all he wanted was taking care of, all it has been installed, you can confirm it with [redacted] and complaint should be closed

I also have received 4 blinds 3 of which have issues needing to be addressed. So how he claims he has done 90% of the job is a joke. Also he has already missed 2 install appointments this week already. This message is to complete my response to sunset shuttersWe have not received the money back as owed to usThe owner of sunset shutters Mr*** *** and I speak several times per weekEach time we speak he promises to deposit money into our account within a couple of days and every week he does not do as he promisesI am growing more and more tired of his excuses and think that it is ridiculous that with this kind of business practice going on that he continues to have an A rating on your websiteIt is unfair to customers that may consider doing business with him solely on the fact that his Revdex.com rating is highThe Revdex.com should not keep him at this rating any further and he needs to return our money immediately

I spoke with *** today and he gave me a list of what needs to be done for him to feel that all is finished, there is not really a big problem all are minimal touch up and finished that we need to do, so we agreed that next week I will send somebody to take care of that, I will e mail you back when all is finished

Sunset shutters is the worst business I've used in years. The owner doesn't tell the truth and he took our money never did any work and has not paid us back. It has been 2 years!!!!! Beware this business

Dear Arizona Revdex.com Conciliation and Engagement Team: I recognize the seriousness of the allegation presented by this complaint and I have made all reasonable efforts to satisfactorily resolve the dispute. The customer had unrealistic expectations regarding turn-around time for a custom drapery order...

of this size and complexity.  Once the customer demanded I return his deposit and threatened legal action in this regard to include damages, legal fees, and reimbursement for any additional monies spent in obtaining the draperies from another dealer, I acted in a reasonably timely manner to return the deposit.  To this end, the customer received a cashier’s check in the full amount of the deposit by an agreed upon date.  I have attached a copy of this check. In light of the information presented in this response, I would respectfully request this dispute be closed with the Arizona Revdex.com. Regards, Alvaro R[redacted]

In regards to this complaint I am in the process of an attempt to remedy the situation.
Mr. [redacted] contracted the company Interior logic last year, whom in turn contracted my company, Sunset Shutters.  It is my belief that the obligations contracted...

through my company has been fulfilled, and Interior logic, not my company, is responsible for the remaining work.  Although since I value my companies reputation,  I will personally contact [redacted] within the next 3 business days, and send one of my workers out to his residence to see if we can finish the job to his satisfaction.Thanks,[redacted]

Sorry for the delay, as I mention to you I have spoken to the client and we have an arrangement, which is a refund of the deposit for the shutters of the order cancelled, and that is on a payment plan,   witch I have been making the payments to them, as a matter fact I talked to [redacted] today and I am trying to accelerate the payments so I can cover the balance due with in the next 30 days, I hope I can get this complain out of my records.
