[redacted] Sent: Thursday, September...

22, 2016 2:28 AM [redacted] Subject: RE: [redacted] cancellation and full refund/ Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted] This is to confirm that we have received the $6400 refund listed below. This is a good start, but I am by no means completely satisfied, as the overall problem still exists.  Nationwide Coin and Bullion Reserve employs “account executives” such as “Larry [redacted]” who use persistent, high-pressure, badgering techniques designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of innocent, gullible elderly people like my 89-yr-old mom, Lyla. This is unconscionable. I am stunned that people like this are allowed to continue to do “business.”  I would like Don [redacted] to offer to allow us to return for full refunds the other $5985 worth of coins that [redacted] was persuaded to buy over the past few months. These coins have never been taken out of their protective plastic cases and are in perfect condition. Please see invoice NCBR-137149 dated 4/8/2016 ($2990.00) and invoice NCBR-141352 dated 7/9/2016 ($2995.00). Please tell me how to proceed with the return and refund.  Don [redacted] states that [redacted] has been placed on the DO NOT CALL list. Again, this is a good start, but I want to hear him state that “Larry [redacted]” specifically will never call, harass, intimidate, or in any other way stalk [redacted] (or anyone else) ever again.
Regards,

If any c**tomer has an issue please call NCBR sales
manager, [redacted].  In this case, as well as all other cases of c**tomer
requests for a refund, we stand behind our coin(s) and will issue a refund to a
c**tomer when the c**tomer has returned the coin(s) purchased. NCBR...

has received the returned coin and issued a
refund for said coin purchased, the refund confirmation # [redacted]. Since NCBR
never had a full knowledged opportunity to issue a refund this complaint
should be dismissed. It should also be noted that sales representatives do
**e their “real names” and all c**tomers who return their coin purchases receive
their full refund.

The initial complaint requested to plce [redacted] on the DO NOT CALL list which was done promptly. In addition a request to return coin and have credit card charges refunded. This was done promptly and refund has been paid and received. This was a portion of the request:"Here are the charges that are to be removed from [redacted] credit cards: [redacted]:                  $1033 (posted 8/9/16) and $2134 (posted 8/8/16) for a total of $3167[redacted]:                               $1100 (posted 8/9/16) and $2133 (posted 8/8/16) for a total of $3233 Thank you very much for your help. I will consider this matter closed when I see the charges (totaling $6400) cleared from both credit cards." All requests were met and in a very timely manner. After meeting all request a request is made to refund another purchase which NCBR is willing to do. Instructions have been sent to achieve this as well.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this monetary resolution would be satisfactory to me.  However, I will not be completely satisfied until this business ceases to use high-pressure, badgering sales tactics which prey on gullible people, such as the elderly. I will not be satisfied until "Larry [redacted]" apologizes (through Don [redacted]--I want no contact whatsoever with "Larry") to my husband for being so shockingly rude to him on the phone, and to my mom for sweet-talking (conning) her into spending way more money than she set out to spend initially. There is no way to justify these despicable business practices.
